    There are few noble souls left in the world like Dr. Khadar / BM Hegde and their kind. The world is beyond rotten and there is hardly any goodness left. If we follow just 50% of Dr. Khadar's advice, our journey here in this earth will be a lesser burdensome one. The walk to the sunset, painless and easy and may be joyful too. God bless Dr. Khadar. We are so fortunate. Long live.

      Dr Khader is a bioscientist from US. For me he looks like a saint or saadhu stopping people from Eating anything except his selected stuff. Should be a discipline of Ramdev but selfless and a different garb. His theories like copper utensils for water etc. are unproven and straight from Ayurveda.

    Always a delight to listen to Dr Khader. I have started eating millets since only two weeks (and completely stopped wheat rice milk and sugar) and i am experiencing remarkable improvement in symptoms of hyperinsulinemia. Within just two weeks ! I am sure this diet change will help me more and more as time passes by.

      @Muhammad Adnan Zia i understand your point and i fully agree with you. If we eat any food as given by nature then it has all the goodness and benefits, but the moment you alter it's natural form or shape it loses the qualities given by nature. We should stick to natural foods as much as possible, if possible don't even grind the grains. Eat raw veges as much possible instead of cooking them in oils.

    My grand father died in 1995 at the age of 95 ....he preferred non veg whole life and he was most healthy person..till the end he had no sugar bp or heart diseases...one day accidently he fell down and had a wound on his forehead with blood loss and later he turned weak gradually, bed ridden and he met a natural death......

    I thaught being vegeterian was a healthy way to live too. But I see there are alot of carnivore youtubers following high fat keto diet and they aren't facing any problems and also recover from health issue. Then again, nobody knows what's the effect of keto diet on long term.

      If you go by all these studies you'll be tripping on yourself. We all need to experiment on our selves. I developed horrible mental and emotional issues with a fruitarian diet. Then i went vegetarian and horrible gut issues over whelmed me. The only diet that healed my skin, gut, sleep, mental and emotional issues was a strict carnivore diet. Now that am healed, i have brought in some fermented veggies and 2 fruits. But foundationally, my diet will always be a high carnivore diet with some fermented veggies and seasonal fruits like papaya and pineapple . We can't just go by what anybody is saying without doing our own n=1 experiments

      After turning into vegetarian I am better than before. Mentally I feel no guilt that for me animals are dying. I feel my sin is going away. Physical benifit I used to sleep in afternoon after his diet I am energetic in afternoon.

      @@agnirelaxgaming For me my choice of diet was never a moral issue. I was simply looking for health and in the beginning, the fruitarain diet made a lot of intellectual sense to me, so i decided to follow and see but after 3 years of following that, i realised that my heath had practically gone down heal.. I tried the vegetarian diet and my mental health got worse so i was left with only once choice: Carnivore. The carnivore diet was my last option and i only tried it because all else had failed me and behold within a month of starting the carnivore diet, i found myself sleeping like a baby. within 3 months. i gut had healed, my skin was beautiful and wrinkle free, i was glowing, i had energy all day, etc etc etc. This was a total shock to me but the truth was clear to me that going carnivore is the diet for me . I cannot recommend this to any body . All i say is, do your own research and find your own truth. Am happy where i am

      @@laikaevelyn4478 I have seen so many people in US thinking by going vegan they become healthy and protect animals. But all they do is follow some ridiculous diets like juicing, water fasting, mixing protean powder with kale in blender, eating only fruits/vegetables, going raw vegan. If you were doing any of these then it doesn't surprise me if you had gut issues. It's the vegans who follow these diets are the one who turn antivegans later. I have been vegeterian for 30years occasionally drinking curd, honey but never ate meat. I do agree I have some vitamin deficiencies but I don't mind as long as I can walk for hours. If following carnivore diet has healed you then why do you need to continue to follow it. According to Ayurveda, meat is considered as medicine and not a diet. Like I said, nobody knows what's the effect of high fat diet on long term.

    Sir i agree that, in one way killing a living animal for food is an offensive and violence. In the same case, are the plants also considered to be living organisms? If so cutting a part from a plant for food or plucking a vegetable from a plant aren’t offensive / violence?

    Recently we were introduced to eating siridhanyaalu on daily basis through one of our friends who is a follower of your life style eating. Thank you. We are pure vegetarians still I ended up in breast cancer 8 years back. Similarly many vegetarians are ending up in different forms of cancers. What may be the reason?

    Well dr khadir. I love your videos on millets. Esp ambali recipe sounds so logical but how can you explain the cure of cancer your way? Also how can you explain many people adopting carnivorous diet and getting cured of cancer for a long time, say about a decade?

      This doctor knows nothing, he just want to prove his own made theory... Except millets I don't support this doctor at all, he also don't know that Arabs are hardcore non vegetarian yet has less cancer rate as muslims fasts in Ramadan... If I were to design a diet protocol or regimen, i would add low to moderate carb with high to moderate fat and high protein diet (mainly from animal and dals) with millets being source of carbs and roti, i would tell to cut out all the hormones fed dairy, GMO grains, gluten and soy

      Who told you that in muslim countries cancer rate is less ??? i have friends from Iran and they say cancer is very common among them and still they eat non veg. Meat is linked to heart disease is nonsense assumption and paid research infact high sugar, high carb and processed foods is linked to heart disease... Just keep in mind we should avoid insulin resistance which is linked to several diseases such as diabetis mellitus, heart disease, obesity, etc fasting drops the cancer rate

    Sir, I sense your good intentions only. But, misinformation?
    My dad died of stomach cancer.
    He never ate any non-vegetarian food. Being a total vegetarian, who never even ate eggs, cheese, paneer etc, he also was a teetotaller. So, possible that it's not easy to conclude.
    The difference to face? What changes could I have done?
    I had drawn my conclusions that he ate lot of acidic foods like pickles, vatthakozhambu, papads etc

      Sorry for your loss sir. Dr. Khadar vali also said that refined oils have free radicals which cause cancer when. Oil when heated again and again causes cancer too. Hence he is suggesting bull driven oils. What I want to say is to recollect the oils which your father ate. It also might be the reason for cancer. My grand father was very strict with diet but used to eat outside bajjis frequently. He got pancreas cancer at old age only, But suffered very less.

      Chance of cancer is more on non vegetarian diet, doesnt mean veg diet will not cause cancer at all.
      Other contributing factors:
      Polluted/stalled Air, continuous negative thoughts, food quality, sleep deprivation, -ve pranic like smoking, alcohol; strenuous work, allopathy drug side effect, usage of western toilet.

      Tum khao na. Why ask if you love meat? Thousands of studies can't pacify you not to consume meat because now you are reasoning a notion that meat is not good and when excessive reasoning is done then nectar will seem poison to you. Hope you got it.

    Hello Sir. Lot of respect for you. I am from Kolkata West Bengal. We bengalis always eat fish and it was our ancestors' food as well. Also traditionally mutton was consumed as part of sacrificial meat during Kali puja. Though not regularly I think. But fish was usually consumed regularly by our ancestors as well. So, does consumption of fish affect us adversely as well? Or have we genetically gotten used to it and get some benefits? Kindly elucidate with your views. Regards

    Somebody tell this doctor that even Indians used to consume meat including beef before Vedic period, Middle East and North Africa has less cancer rate despite being hardcore non vegetarian, why that so? Fasting reduce the risk of cancer... Dr Vali must also launch siridhanyalu company products such as supplements for b12, iron, k2, dal protein 😂😂😂

    Saadar Pranam Dr Khadar, doing a magnificent work but have a query as to why there are fewer cancer patients in the absolute meat eating countries covering apparently the entire world leaving one country that is Bharat. The only staple diet in the entire world except Bharat is Bread made out of Refined Flour and Meat be it pork, cattle, goats, deers, poultry, fish and even dogs, monkeys, reptiles, snakes, pythons, insects and worms, have they left anything which moves on earth except human beings ..?.. Still Bharat has the maximum cancer patients ... WHY ..?.. Shall eagerly wait for your answer 🙏

      I can understand why you defend meat consumption because i too love to eat non-veg. And yes you are right in saying that adulterated food also causes cancer. But along with that meat consumption increases the chances to get cancer and if someone is already a cancer patient then consuming meat wouldn't be a wise thing to do.

    This is big myth human are mix feeders they must eat balance diet such as carbs protien fat as well as minerals and vitamins and enough excercise and enough water these all for physical health and mental health also important to be a healthy person everything have limit that limitation you should have know then only you can be the healthy person otherwise dont stick to one side only

    Sir, I have seen some people they are purely vegetarian, also they are not chewing tobacco, saunp then also they are facing mouth Cancer. I will show you so many cases of Cancer patients those are purely vegetarian. We should have some nonveg food which should in limits, avoid liquir, wine

      Brother he didn't say that only meat consuming people get cancer. Even adulterated food n processed food, pollution along with your life style are determining factors. But once someone get cancer it is better to avoid meat.

I am vegetarian and don't want to encourage non vegetarian food BUT my question is in many countries like China and in all the gulf countries people are eating non vegetarian food since last 2000 or more years and living completely healthy life till their age of 80-90 years. If animal protein is so bad and harmful then how it's affecting only Indians? In the rest of the world people are eating any kind of animals like camels 🐫, horses 🐎, cows 🐄, Buffalo 🐃, pigs 🐖, goats 🐐, sheeps 🐑 and rats 🐀, etc etc...the list is endless.
