It is interesting that folks feel uncomfortable with the slapping sound but don't seem to vocalise the possible source. The Schloß Rothestein was on Hessischer Rundfunk a few years ago A couple were buying this late nineteenth century castle built for the theater director of the Kassel theatres at the time. They were planning to make it a wedding venue and a film location. EC hired it.
i don't think speaking a certain language has anything to do with understanding the suggestive sound, i've seen people mention it in comments on different reactions and official video 😅
