@@TankTheTech their music is less serious and more fun in my opinion. I just can't imagine Sushi dressing up for Hypa Hypa, Pump It or We got the moves. Without him the guys wouldn't be at the point where they are now but personally I just like the fun approach to music so much more.

Hey Tank, fun fact: this is not a bavarian castle, its Schloss Rothestein in Bad Sooden-Allendorf in Hessen. Thats my hometown and I can see it right now when I look outside the window . Imagine how surprised I was to see this castle in the video. Even the interior shots were made there. Great reaction to an awesome new EC banger. Keep up the good work.
Funny that you mention Disney, the opening view of the castle is Neuschwanstein Castle. They actually based the Disney castle on that one. Worth a visit, it's beautiful.

A lot of bands have done their take at a rock version of this song, but none in my opinion have blown it out of the water like Electric Callboy did! This just made me smile. I've slept on this band for so long, mentally dismissing them as just another "core" band. I was profoundly mistaken. The production is excellent, the music catchy, the video hilarious and the overall vibe I get is just one of unabashed fun. Like, it's not just posing "look how awesome we are". It's a little self deprecating and self aware, but also "fuck it, I'm enjoying myself". And I love that energy.

You're right. I'm from Joliet and the club was in Naperville. It was called 0 gravity, and it was open for the ages of 16 to 23. A lot of creeps went to that club, thank God it's closed now

This song was freaking everywhere
I just love the 2000s party songs!!! And my favourite band covering it? I believe it's absolutely awesome! Sadly Cascada themselves don't produce music anymore but they still have a special place in my music heart :D
the only point of criticism i have, is that near the end of the song, when they move outside, they have a bunch of backup dancers with a cool choreography that due to the way the video is cut you barely get to see, would have loved to see more of the backup dancers in that last part
I have a huge soft spot for Cascada and some of the similar artists. There's a band called Patent Pending that also has a good cover of this song. I was surprised to hear it live when they were touring with Bowling for Soup.
It feels kinda like closing the loop - the last I heard from Cascada (living in Germany myself), was that they represented Germany at the 2013 Eurovision Song Contest - after the expert comitee (which somehow included their producer) outvoted the vote from the audience... and as usual, they ended up in last place.
Kevin and Nico's dancing choreo was amazing. And their slide into the breakdown had me laughing in tears 🤣
