Their latest aussie tour has earned them a heap of new fans, filling in for sum41 on the main stage right before korn, everyone saw them. Everytime my husband or I have worn any EC, Korn or merch from the festival at all, someone asks me if I saw them and says they're a new fan. EC has been on my radar since muffin purper gurk, and I was stoked that they played MC thunder at the festival for the older fans.
@adfadgaqgv yes, but EC took sum41s slot on the main stage when they had to pull out. Then ECs drummer fell ill, and they needed a drummer, and Frank zummo was there already, so he filled in.
Saw them play shows in front of 30-50 people in my hometown Saarbrücken as they were turing with their first and second album. It's absolutely astounding to see what these guys have created!
Great Video! Some suggestions: When you cut in the Music Video and audio of a song, please show the band/artist name, song name, the album (if applicable) its from and the label it released under. Would be cool info to get while watching, so you can check those bands out. Like in the bottom right corner sor something.
My first intro to EC was Hypa Hypa do to a friend constantly playing the video when we were on a group trip. I'm not a big metal head, but thought it was fine. Then Hate/Love dropped. That is the song that got me hooked and got me to go back and listen to some of their older music. Can't wait to see what the group has in store next.
Sorry but i have to correct you Wacken is not just "a" metalfestival! Its literally THE biggest metalfestival in the world! To have a gig there as Band is a HUGE thing even if you are not headlining!
I have to correct you on that part. Its the most famous festival but if we go by the amount of people who visit it its not the biggest. Graspop and Download Festival have way more more visitors each year compared to Wacken. As an example in 2019 Wacken had around 75.000 visitors wereas Graspop had 200.000 in the same year

Amount of people per day is exactly how you measure the size. That is just bad math what you are doing. Comparing apples with oranges. Also your statement of Graspop having 200k different people over 3 days is incorrect. Most people have a 3-day (it's actuallly 4 days btw) ticket and you counted them 3 times. But you do you.

Electric Callboy is my favorite band and it was really cool to see a rundown of their history put together ❤️ I recognized most of the live music clips you used, but I wasn't familiar with the one from about 6:36 with the pikachu girls on stage with Kevin. The name change was dumb and didn't need to happen. I mean, the word "eskimo" is so "offensive" that grocery stores still play songs with the word in their lyrics, and not just during Xmas season. I work in retail. Yeah, it sucks, but the point is that I hear the lyric "we get so close, kissing like Eskimos" literally EVERY FREAKING DAY as part of the store's music playlist. So I refuse to believe that the name was actually a problem. Also they should have used Electro Callboy instead. It's easier to say and keeps the same flow as the original name.

I believe it was just the drummer from Sum 41 that took the place of the original drummer. He only had about 5 hours to learn the whole set
