Very helpful, thank you so much! Is it possible for a person managing a team, with members working in different projects, to have an overview of each team member workload in the total of projects involved?

Having the same question. Might solve that using the Microsoft Roadmap app that can be added as a tab here

Concise, helpful video, well done! I’ve heard Microsoft plans to retire Planner?

Right now that's not true. They are continuing to develop Planner

A question: you set up multiple channels in your team, but wondering about simply adding more tabs along the top of the general channel if the team members are expected to have access to everything? That would enable all the files to be available in one place rather than multiple file libraries in each channel. Pros/cons?

Hey Niki, that could work for a smaller team, but would quickly get messy with even more than a couple users. If someone has access to a Team, they have access to all Channels they see. Helps with organizing!

Thank you for the presentation... Question... When "The Earth Project" is finished, how do you archive the project - remove it from the list without deleting it?
