I just ordered one w/ The glasses and cadence sensor I’m Super excited. I have a flash commuter eBike that already has lights on it but because I put a basket on the back is hard to see my turn signals this helmet should be my answer
That's a fair review of the helmet Steve but not enough vents for me.. May I suggest you make a video every 2 weeks verses 1 a month. Your product reviews and know how are very good and well done. They have been a big help.Great job as usual.
Another very good review from OZ Cycle! Thank you for putting in all this time and effort. No, I will not buy this helmet. I trusted you with waxing my MTB chains and it works very well. I trust you again with your review. I agree it is a good hlemet for a comuter. Thank you very much for another very nice vid.
I was thinking between this helmet and Sena R1.I think I will choose this one in favor of MIPS, and also waterproofing.I planning long rides in remote areas, so this S.O.S sensor could help me a lot...What is your opionion? And can you tell me more about talking (wind resistance/noise cancelling) quality, but also music reproduction quality?!Thanks in advance
I have an earlier model total junk. Lights worked once then the button disappeared inside the thing . In the garbage . Good idea if it works.mine didnt
@@stevenleffanue I am a little disappointed to hear that there are no speakers for music or phone calls. Their BH60SE road helmet does and I thought this one did too. I primarily bought for my daily commute and the integrated rear light though. Thanks for the review. Its always good to get a variety of opinions.
Steve Fraser I got that helmet. Lights quit when button disappeared inside . Remote a joke. Regular helmets work fine. Everything want access to my phone but my Wahoo. Nope , weird looks, venting bad. Maybe they can give them away. Not interested after that first mess
Nice review! I just got mine last night all 3 colours! Regarding the rear adjustment knobs, the entire rear stay (dunno what do we call it) can be adjusted downwards n giving more clearance to turn your knobs. Of course the adjustment was meant for fitting rather than for knob adjustment though
Can’t use the remote. It’s just another gadget which distracts me from riding… pulls out GoPro on road amongst other riders =D …but great review. As always appreciate the little details you put into it.
Great review but the fit seems loose even after your micro adjustments. Not so sure it was a good idea to drop it on your hard floor mate. 😆 Price in the UK is £99 which seems fine for a feature rich product but it’s pre order for end of October here. I think I’ll stick with my HJC Valeco for now.
@@zhangjohn1878 Yes, but I don't want to throw away my fancy $300 helmet in a couple of years because the battery won't charge anymore. Plenty of disposable lights at $20 that you can attach to your bike.
Design fail IMO. Ugly and it is not clear at all that those are turn signals. Lumos Ultra has much better rear signal lights that looks similar to a car's backlights so the signalling is clear and recognizable.
#1. Doesn’t Have a CLEAR SHEILD -(Fold Down or Magnetic) VISOR🤷♂️🥺 #2. Doesn’t Have an Automatic Adjustable CHIN STRAP🤷♂️🥺 #3. Dude says the fall detection works very well, I checked their page says there is a count-down before sending out the alert. I personally think the light is a great idea and add more safety aspect to urban riding.
Thank You for this extensive review....Best review of this helmet on TH-cam
Absolute legend for such detailed and fluff-free review. Thanks mate
Great review Oz. This would make a great winter helmet with not too much ventilation, I may invest.👍🏻

5:29 very strange that the velcro part is not alligned underneath the chin
Great video I had set up my helmet using the app but I forgot to pair my controller to my phone. Watching this video reminded me.😊
great helmet but here in the uk nobody ever takes notice of helmets with turn indicators been there dont that almost got killed
Sir, Thank you for this video. It was very helpful. Works Great!

Thanx Brian. Hopefully some changes in September...more vids , another presenter or two joining.
Hola tengan cuidado acabo de comprar un caso en la página de Livall y me enviaron un casco dañado y no me quieren responder.
I'd do hand signails and use the indicators during the day.
My bling remote keeps losing connection, any reason why. getting really frustrated
Does it have the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System (MIPS)?
No
Vents are oriented in wrong direction, but you look cool in this helmet!
Actually they are not.Because your head is pointed slightly downwards while you riding.
Putting Sun Glasses away while riding, hits tree, tests helmet

Is this the purple one or the Ultraviolet one ?
Not sure , it's been a while since I did this video. I think purple because don't think there was an ultraviolet option back then.
@stevenleffanue ah okay ,thank you
Hi. Thanks for the review. I have one on order but have not yet received it as yet. Could I ask what order no. you had.
Things are still a bit slow due to Covid. Check your tracking.
How about the calling function?
The latest version may have that now
Great in depth review! How does this stack up against the lumos ultra/kickstart? I am having a hard time choosing!
I have the Lumos helmet. The Lumos only has the light features. It doesn't have any audio functions.
@@clydekaneshiro5250 this livall EVO 21 also don't has any audio functions

Nice Hans Rey poster!
Yeh , no Hans Rey , hey 😎
How good is it for having phone calls on the bike? Good noice cancelling?
this one shouldn’t have speakers or microphone so the question should be re-directed to the BH51M range.
Its silly that even a helmet has an APP🤯 wtf is wrong with this world.
And the picture button is even more crazy!
Does it work without the app?
It comes with buttons to fit on handlebar. You can use the buttons for most operations like the camera.
Still waiting on mine to arrive from Indiegogo. How did you manage to get yours?
Sent to me as a prototype.
Indigogo website says there may be delays due to production costs.

During slower paced sections
What's the color of your helmet?
Purple?
Ventilation?
Not so good
from the front it looks like half of robocop head.
Haha , yeh thats a good one too
Hello, be careful, I just bought a case on Livall's page and they sent me a damaged helmet and they don't want to answer me.
It is a pity that this brand does not guarantee its products
Hello,,oz cycle, Hope you are doing well.
I am Olivia from LIVALL Operation. can i use your video?
Hi Olivia. This video cannot be reposted on TH-cam for copyright reasons. However , feel free to publish the link to it on other platforms.

I think I saw this in the movie tron......
Lol
Very nice👌👌👍
needs a full face add on
I like your reviews because your not paid by livall. I wouldnt buy this helemt on looks. Good video.
This seems more of a commuter helmet
Fuck it I'll say it. You cant have a medium without a small. The sizes are small and large. There is no medium without the two extremes to be between.
Another item made disposable by battery life. Do we really need batteries on everything? How about “smart” socks ?
I think light is a great bonus to have. Could help a lot in urban riding.
