Just received mine! Beautifull product and great futuristic helmet! The only issue is with the remote control that arrived with the battery dead. Replaced it and now everything is working well. I have also purchased 2 kits of pika booster from LIVALL !!! I hope to receive them very soon!!!! Thanks LIVALL for your great & technological products!!❤❤❤

Hi Brian, I'm in the market for a smart bike helmet with lights and music but want MIPS, USB-C charging, and brighter/always on lights. Doesn't seem like there is anything on the market that has all the features I want so I might end up giving up on music in my helmet to get more safety features and sticking with a separate bluetooth speaker. Hopefully your next generation will have these updates. Looks like a really good helmet overall, nice work!

Good review, but unfortunately the walkie talkie mode is a failure. We bought two of these helmets for that purpose but they continually dropped out despite us being directly behind each other and when it did connect it was broken and garbled. The BT connection to your phone works well however for Google Maps for voice direction.
Thanks for the feedback and insights into the walkie-talkie mode. Were Livall able to help resolve the issue at all via any updates or Customer Service? I'm going to have to purchase a second helmet too.
@How To Do It Tech Yeah I got that email and having to change my Play Store settings was giving alot of people dramas where their phone was completely unusable. I wasn't prepared to take that risk so I demanded a replacement with full functioning helmet (straight out of the box) PRIOR to shipment. It took 6 weeks for Livall to pull their head out of both sand & ar$e to finally do something about it but I got what I wanted. They are shipping a replacement as I didn't take no for an answer, anyway we'll see how the new helmet goes. In the meantime I am having to send the faulty helmet back at my cost ($75 AUD) from Aussie Land to their warehouse in the US which I am not to thrilled about. They have an Australian distributor and won't give me the option to send back to locally. Oh well at least they are finally sending a replacement I guess. They did try eventing to avoid it but I didn't budge, the squeaky wheel seems to work a treat every time one just needs patience

I haven't been able to test this but if your phone supports multipoint Bluetooth and you switch the speaker to media and the helmet to only phone it might work

Waiting for my replacement, nothing but problems on my original regarding Bluetooth.
That is a pain. I know that the first run required very specific instructions to update the firmware which they emailed owners about.

I am curious if I can utilize my bleutooth speaker for music and still use the helmet for lights and phone calls?

im new to this biking stuff but i use my phone for video onl;y so the feature is perfect.

No, sadly it's not rated for motorcycles. I checked but it looks like they are exclusively focussed on bicycle and similar modes of transport :(
