      Mt Humphries in flagstaff is over 12k feet. going up there and running would be insane benefits. hardest hike ive ever done too!

      @@AD-sp5cv training at 12k is actually not good, that is because it is SO high that you can not get very much turnover due to how severely lacking oxygen is up there. Flagstaff at 7k is perfect, gotta try that hike though😂

      I have been sent a lot of pictures of me running this race with the lead guys lapping me. I ran 30:38, which isn't amazing, but that's sub 5 minute pace for 10k and they absolutely ate my lunch

      @@Soccer1551 yeah colin basically has the record in everything but the 3200. And since nico got denied a senior track season colins probably gonna be able to be nicos 8:40, probably on top of a NXN gold. Dont see him getting that 13:50 though, but you never know.

      @@jsherrier1196 I said it was a nice bonus. Of course other colleges will also do well. But the Olympic training center is in Colorado Springs for a reason. Training at altitude helps. It is not the only factor. But it IS a factor.

    Nothing against ANYONE here but always have a thought here especially when it comes to NON REVENUE earning College sports like Track, Tennis, Golf, etc etc. Why do colleges feel the need to go out & recruit these young men & women from Foreign countries for these sports to begin with ?? Track for example recruits especially distance runner from Kenya, Nigeria. Men's tennis from South America, women's tennis from Eastern European countries and so on & so on. Again, have NOTHING against anyone but why don't we give kids in the USA a chance first, especially since sports like these are NON REVENUE earning Just a thought

      Adjusted for funding we shouldn't be talking about BYU ever...I mean, they have more money than God. NAU literally has NOTHING. NAU should be amplified because they are the David against all the Goliaths. No knock on BYU (I actually love the Cougs), but they simply should be great given all their resources.

      Yeah all three of these NAU guys would wipe the floor with the Oregon boys in a 10k. 5k is a good competitive distance between the two teams

      Anything shorter than 5k, Oregon is better and anything longer is NAU. 5k would be good to see. The only thing is NAU has lots of good athletes but Oregon only has Teare and Hocker

      Absolutely not an Oregon specialized event. 5K is usually tops for quite some time.
