Well done Phil, Liv and the stewart family... amazing advances on the new shop, unreal challenge in todays world with the cost of materials etc. To those that wouldn't know, the investment in your project would make Jesus weep !! ...😢 Well done on having the foresight and the right attitude to get on with it. Wish you all well and I will certainly visit when complete 👍
Well done. Looks good. You should look at having campervan overnight parking. Alot of people would love it. I can also recommend a good coffee supplier 😊
And all done with old diggers and they have done it as well as the new stuff, if that was in England here we would have had to hire a new one with all the tech on them and it would of cost double what it’s costing you.
This comment doesn't make much sense. A newer machine will do in 5 hrs what that will do in 8 so after a week you will have paid a driver for 15 extra hours plus 15 hours of fuel Now subtract that from hire cost of newer machine .. I'm all for using the older machines but it's not a huge amount cheaper
Well done on the progress Phil. I'd strongly recommend a tractor themed playground in the area between the carpark and the shed so that parents can sit and have their coffee and keep an eye on kids while they play. Its fantastic to see some ambition to develop a business for yourself. Just remember to take time out yourself to recharge the batteries every now and then!
Great video. Fabulous ground work done there and a bit of land development nearby to boot. Real vision and planning evident, will be a big addition to the farm income and community in general. Keep up the good work.
That’s a class job phil if your looking for electric gates there’s only one company witch is secure gate/ gate.ie unbelievable service and years of warranty won’t be beat on price or reliability 👍🏻👍🏻
Everything is looking fantastic Phil; it's going to be a lovly shop you will have it laid out very nicely. Can't wait to see it all done. Sure, is a nice crop of sunflowers how are the beans doing. It looks like the crops are doing nice this year.
Fair play young man. It can’t be said that the pair off yous don’t put the work into it and I’m sure it is hard to believe to see your dreams coming to fruition.
Yes indeed Phil enjoyed every minute of your video Watching you from Manjimup Caravan park Western Australia Where we are attending the Australian national Ploughing Championships at Eastbrook Spud growing area Ploughing people here from all over Australia Very small public attendance app 300 people, and 4 trade stands for us who was at several in Ireland It has advantages as in we drove straight into the field and little walking Yesterday was vintage and Wa State senior Next 2 Days national Wet wet weather Looking nice today So as old general said Once more into the breech we go G Luk Ol Paddy Doing it Tuf in Oz
That is some progress, them lads should have had the infamous Childrens Hospital, would have been fully operational by now. Father Phil due back soon & all will be normal. Keep 'er Lit.
Should paint the meal should it would look the part with the new grain store.when you start any building job the hardest job is to stop spending money nevermind what budgets you have
Some change from Tuesday’s video when everything went to S#*t to todays video where things are going to plan, ye focus on the future , let the Boss man fix and what he does best fix machinery.com
Great progress Phil , what a vision for the future ! Can’t wait to visit when it’s finished . One thing I seen a comment up 🔝 there , saying create some pitches for camper van overnight . That would be a good idea and additional income stream at €30 per night x 4 or 5 . Easy enough to add in .
Good idea + When people stay for the night, they do unplanned spend it might be 10 or a 100 + the advertising value It’s difficult to predict the future But i see diversity likely the way agriculture is heading otherwise it’s ranching or 1000 + cows Doing great work there G Luk
Very interesting. Not so sure about those lawns, they would better are car parking in my opinion. The more cars and such like can park easily, the more attractive it is for customers and the more customers gives the farm shop more chance of success. A carpark in a retail development needs to be not less than 2.5times bigger than the shop and the shop needs to be big enough to grow and have room to do so. I am sure it will be a grand job anyway.
Looking fantastic mate 👏👏 I’d not be keeping any water fowls near the shop, be a bit dirty and potentially smelly. Stick them up the front in the bigger paddock with a bigger pond.
Nice to see you in better form than Tuesday,s video Phil😊😊
Hi Phil .Great progress with the work .Don't forget to leave a space for the vintage tractor museum .

Father Phil is back. Seen him in terminl 2 tonight in Dublin.
804 turns to dust in dry weather and scuter in the wet , no pleasure with it!! Making great progress with the shop!

I must go for a spin back up to Longford soon and get some pork and beef off yourselves
I reckon "farm shop" might be underselling your vision - "Visitor centre" perhaps?
Will be a great job. Best of luck

Hi what sunflower seed variety do you use to grow your sunflowers please? Thanks. Great video
Great work.
You are not as stressed as you were in the last video
Did your cousin do all that with the old caterpillar and Kobelco diggers ? It’s a very tidy job
They did yes
Phil is the shop going to be a 2 story shop ? If so me and my dad could do the stairs In it .
Some change from Tuesday’s video when everything went to S#*t to todays video where things are going to plan, ye focus on the future , let the Boss man fix and what he does best fix machinery.com

When you said shovel, I thought you meant hand shovel.😂😂
😂😂
Are you going to the tullamore show
Have you plans for a kids play area?
Not currently as that opens a whole can of worms on the insurance front

No my cousin from down the road
Main man himself hope.in better.humor.today last day.with all.brake downs put any man over edge

New jcb loader 🤔
What sort of foundations is the shop being built on ? Shouldn’t they be dug first?
It was all dug out to the subsoil and brought back up with stone
Will de shop be built with blocks or per-cast walls like hotels are built
What's the story with the 50 b is she now farm art
Nice one Phil
Build it and they'll come
You could loose the rock from the castle around your drainage
Would you not just rip all the leylandi out? Or top them out and trim them maybe?
Rip them otf. Plenty of burning in them.
They will get a trimming but they separate the house from the shop

We ship merchandise to the uk if you email the shop Liv will look after you
Your walk way up to the shop is not wide enough if a person with a buggy and a wheelchair we’re meeting each other maybe you will be making it wider
Good point👍
