But I only have 350 dollars saved up and I know that isn’t enough for land and I have no idea what to do. I have to go to college first but I desperately want this as my future. How did y’all manage to save and purchase a farm there? I heard the land is quite expensive

I'm 36 and had the same dream as you when I was 18. It did not work out for me. Our economy is designed in a way that doesn't easily allow someone to go from nothing to owning a farm. I suggest looking up market gardening if you truly want to achieve your goal.

To farm, not sure. You probably want to visit and try to meet some farmers and see if employment is possible. Establishing citizenship is not easy, but working and paying taxes is the pathway to that. Learning Norwegian would be necesary. If you have a contact there and a job offer, getting in the country isn't too hard.
