Being an alumni of IIMA, I fall in love with this building at the first sight. I believe, this home will have deep emotional connect with any IIMA Alumnus.
The round jaali facade finally breaks the builder designed monotony cropping up almost in every colony in Delhi. I love the inner courtyard as well, a rarity in Delhi. With the facade, my only issue is the dust build up on this....how to tackle that on a regular basis.
It’s not needed. It will be filled by pigeon poop in a year. I had to finally install net after two years of résistance. We should always count the local issues in design.
Loved the circular front! Wonderful! One of the best I have seen! Many houses exterior don't have balconies and are totally covered! How can you enjoy a house when the exterior is cutting off the interior from the outside?
The design is simple yet so elegant. Also like the concept of separation of the area into two, allowing one side as a passage of cross ventilation and light. Only doubt is regarding the top lighting spaces in the bedroom, in summer months of Delhi will it not produce excessive heating ?
Carving such a beautiful out-the-tight space and allowing everyone to get the natural light and view is mind-blowing. My excitement level is increasing and desire to watch more video .... thank u
We would like to see more videos for small plot size.. as per modern era, people don't have big spaces. Therefore small space with modern design along with courtyard and more natural light would be appreciated
Natural light is always a challenge for this builder's floor kind of concept. The top floor is blessed with Skylight in bedrooms, not sure how it is in below?
I feel so good about my house just by watching this video. I mean the first floor balcony literally has a view of electric wires right in front of it. Even after spending crores of rupees you are getting such congested houses with a view of electrical wires and a building like 20 feet away from you I mean Jesus Christ this is a waste on money in MY OPINION.
Yes, the screen is mounted on a stainless steel tension ring and supported at the bottom and top levels with 4” stainless steel channels fastened to the beams
I love the building. But I very much hate the fact how every building in the neighborhood look so different from each other. There is no common architectural feature and almost looks like it was made by a kid playing a city building simulator. This is very much a problem caused by the ignorance of Municipal Corporations.
I think we should be thankful for this freedom ....it’s your land build whatever you like ,not like in US where you need to get a permit if you want to change the colour of your fence 😂or maintain your lawn even if you are broke and starving .
@Neil Bajwa just looks so out of place. Imagine having a Pizza, Pav Bhaji and Hakka Noodles on the same plate, all these are delicious foods but would feel so bad together.
Greetings ! I noticed some white spots on the front wall of the rooftop - i believe that appears to be seepage. Please advise how to avoid the seepage.
What about durability of outer brick wall structure....can it last for 10-20 years ...without any damages bcoz day by day due to weather conditions in india bricks convert into soil again...
Can some one help me understand this project better. A residential project like this would require at least 5ft of setbacks on all side doesn't it ?. How is it possible to construct this with zero setback, or am I missing something interms of rules and regulations. Or is there any kind of loophole that I should know about. Would help me a lot if someone can chime in. Thank you Thank you

I have my house in delhi being constructed. It's 18'9" front. Can any one of you architects make good facade. I can get you in return is a professionally shot video shot by my company ( marketing company), a nice bottle of single malt and dher saara pyar.
Those stairs without siderails are extremely dangerous, especially for kids, old people, or drunk people. I don't understand why somebody would create something like this. This is just death-seeking behavior.

Ohh yes, such designs were the reason why i subscribed the channel.
Wonderful planning by the architect! and the elevation is awesome!
So bloody good!! Especially the natural lighting design uffff
Its the only top floor. All the floors below do not have natural light from top.

Simple (though a lot of thought has gone into making it), beautiful & elegant. Feels roomy too. Very nice.

best line i.e you have to trust your architect very well said
Natural light design is awesome.
wow, nice desigining of the interiors in a two side covered plot. it brings in enough sunlight and in the inside looks very spacious as well
Seems like a Washing machines from outside

That's why creative knowledge is important. It's so different from other house and it's beautiful. Not everyone thinks like you 😂😂
Beautiful Design and very much suitable for present day joint families👏👏👏
Very nice house for the 1st time I can see the face of a house.
watching these videos has made me realise two things. 1) Indian architecture is on point. 2) We need Grand Designs India.

what a phenomenal building!
Exposed brick on the exterior looks really good. I'm worried about it on the interior.
Specially if we have kids more worry😂

2 inch kota stone is not suitable for steps put iron bar below the stone
215 square gaj is not small or compact. I have seen spacious houses built in 80 sq gaj /guz
