How to install multiple fonts at once, quick and easy

This video will show you how to install several fonts, TrueType OpenType, ect... at one time with a simple drag and drop in Windows 10.
The usual way to install font files is to double-click the file and install it. But, when you have hundreds, or thousands of fonts to install, that could take hours. In this video we install almost 1,600 fonts with a simple drag and drop. NO EXTRA SOFTWARE NEEDED!
Another option, shown in the next video, is to select the fonts you want to install, Right-Click, and Choose 'Install'.

There are plenty of places to find fonts. I only like to use places that offer royalty free, commercial use licenses for the fonts.
The fonts mentioned in the video were downloaded from:
www.1001fonts.com/
If you download hundreds or thousands of fonts, then you will probably want to use something like 7-zip to unzip all the files at once.
www.7-zip.org/
Once you have all your font files in a single folder, and you install them, it's a good idea to zip up that folder and save a backup locally and in the cloud.

For all the people complaining about how long this video was, you could have saved your time and looked for a different video when you felt it was dragging on. At the end of the day you got what you came for. It was 7 minutes - not an hour. Stop being ungrateful. Wow!!! I wish I would have thought to google this before!! Once before I lost all the settings on my laptop and had to reinstall all the fonts individually. I had no idea this could be done!! Now my computer is being reimaged and being upgraded to Windows 10. I have all one my files stored to a separate hard drive, so when I get it back, I know exactly what to do!!! Thanks a bunch!!

Spoiler for techies: You used to be able to open the Fonts folder and Windows would install whatever font you had in the font folder. Now you have to open the Control Panel's Font folder and copy them back into there. Yes you can copy them on to itself to trigger the install. You come across this when reinstalling Windows and you want to get all your fonts back.

Just as a tip. If you wanna compress a folder, simply right click on it, go to send to and click compressed folder and it create the compressed folder for you :) But great explanation video :)

I think maybe because the fonts are not extracted, I have this problem too but I will extract with Winrar (like said in the video) and i'll get back to you if it works.

Yeah, that was the problem. You have to extract the file you downloaded using Winrar or 7-ZIP.

if you have all fonts extracted at one place then just press Ctrl+A to select all, then right click and choose install or install for all users as you wish :)
