I'm gonna hazard a guess and say it's from Miles Edgworth: Investigations, but I, too, have only played the OG trilogy. (I don't think the Emma Skye sprite is the one from Rise from the Ashes, so that might also be from Investigations)

That sprite is from investigations 1 in a flashback. That flashback takes place before turnabout beginnings which is why Edgeworth resembles more of Von Karma.
