He also worked for a water district, Stone Corral. He traveled up and down the San Joaquin trying to start helping before it became to late. He was the first President of the California Water Conservation Society, Clyde Snow. Now I know just how smart he was in understanding what was to come.

There needs to be desalination. Get a serious grasp on a way to get around the environmentally opposition and implement open-ocean desalination.
