Hi chaos, i recently bought an insta X4, and i put on it the mic wind guards, and I've noticed on the instructions that it suggests to turn on the ACTIVE wind reduction, not the adaptive, maybe it is the reason why the x4 performed worse than the x3 on your comparison video, hope this helps ✌🏻

For someone who isn't a carpenter or electrician, not bad mate, there's only one thing I would have done differently is use small led lights inside the engine and have them red, then if you didn't want the brighter lights on, it would be dimmer and quite spooky at night, just a thought, but great job mate. 🇬🇧
