The “doctor “ and his wife just came to my home to look at my patio room roof leak at 9 pm after a long day of work and driving just to check out my problem. He showed me the likely problem and told how to fix it. I am truly grateful to them because the company that built the room will not even out to look at the roof! Thanks Mr. and Mrs Doc!!
I am not sure where you are from, but the snow load here in MN can flex and crease roofs, it isn't necessarily someone stepping on it. Nicely done, this is exactly how I would fix this.

JUst a big thank you. i ran across your videos about 2 years ago. It was in November here in the midwest and i developed a leak in one of my skylights (i have 3 in the family room). i had that area of the roof reshingled due to storm damage earlier in the year. so i did not think it was due to improper flashing. Rather the skylights were 35 years old and i think the seal between the window and frame was leaking. i watched a lot of bad videos on line with methods that i thought would not work and if i hired someone they would use one of these stupid methods. Anyway i ordered the PolySeal and fleece, followed the directions and no leaks for over 2 years. For good measure i did the same treatment on the other 2 windows as well. i had a good day to do it ( 52 degrees and sunny) and it took just a couple hours over 2 days to complete. So thanks for the videos and the excellent product.
@@FlatRoofDoctor yeah i could not remember which one i used as i used all of it. i just saw the Poly Seal name and quoted that. i did use the one that was recommended for glass.
will this work on sealing a chimney?. our chimney is showing cracks and the flashing wasn't done the best.. can I coat the outer chimney with polyseal? will it hold up if we use the chimney??. thank you!

How would you like to come and fix my roof and do a video on that it's a very low slope metal roof on a concrete building with no edging around the edges of it and it leaks I'm in Iowa though
I could imagine condensation could gather on the inside of these metal roofs frequently and of course run down to a low point , leading to anyone believing there is a leak or worse still poor workmanship.

Use Super Silicone Seal on glass and plexiglass. Turbo Poly Seal will not work

It is very important to know that.
Butter and /or margerin works for removing tar from skin too and it's cheaper than special cleaners.
No BUTYL TAPE SEAL when joining two sheets of metal together? Since you’re only lapping one ridge on each sheet this will make the roof water tight.
