Thank you! So glad you enjoyed it
I've always mixed spray with diesel for my rubs. I've never heard of using hydraulic fluid but can definitely see where it would stay on the cattle better. Thanks for the tip!
❤
Hydraulic fluid is toxic though wonder I what a safer alternative would be
What ratio do you do with permithrin:hydraulic fluid? Also, is the hydraulic fluid only used because of the thicker viscosity to water?
Great idea by the way.
We usually put 3-4oz in 5 gallons hydraulic fluid. And yes it helps it stick to fur better. We’ve had great results until this past year, it was super, super dry! We had to do some extra spraying to control the flys. We mixed 1-2oz per gallon of water in 15 gallon sprayer(didn’t actually fill it up) but the wand on those sprayers makes it alot easier to spray. Also we didn’t have to stop and pump it up like with our 2 gallon sprayer. That seems to always scare the cows off.
I am interested in the link for the cattle curtain thank you for sharing this video

This is the company we purchase from. We’re in North Alabama. They’re located in Arkansas. We’re not affiliated with them just love their product! Thanks so much for your positive response. Let us know if you have any other questions! Lots more videos to come! Please like and subscribe!😊
How are you mixing the hydraulic and the permithrin
3-4 ounces per 5 gallon bucket hydraulic fluid. Thanks so much for ur feedback!
How many oz of permethrin do you put per gallon of hydraulic? Which permethrin do you use as well? Thanks!
We mix 5 gallons at a time. We use 3-4 oz of 36% permithrin as directed by the label for oilers. Thanks so much for your response! We have a lot more videos to come! Please like and subscribe “it’s free”😊

It doesn’t hurt the cattle or any other of the surrounding animals?
We have used it for years and it does hurt the flies LOL
