Unless your play group has the rule of “conceding at sorcery speed and crying is instant speed” those are my favorite rules

Just wondering, is she trans? Her voice is so deep. Don't want to offend, but women with higher testosterone (more rexually driven female that will grow fine facial hair) have a deep voice. Or she could modified herself so she cannot reproduce to be her true gender.

I love how this show has so much format variety and isn’t solely another commander show, not that those are bad
they are not bad... but there's so many of them that it is nice to see other stuff

Good lord the wittiness levels were off the charts in this one. Almost felt scripted how quick everyone was with a joke. Super fun episode

Some clever editing to cut out moments of silence helps with that.
Cimoooooooo regularly has an over 2 hour recording of 3 games be cut down to 40 or 50 minutes.

I don’t know how much it would bother enfranchised players (maybe some of them, who’s to say), but as a newer player I really appreciate the clear rules and reads on cards on this show. It’s helpful to learn the cards and think through the interactions - sometimes people read them but skim through but this was really direct, as usual! Cheers, here’s to another season of Shuffle Up and Play!

I absolutely love the jokes about making sure things are explained and keeping rules clear, it always cracks me up when it’s enforced with such hilarity - the banter and profs reaction to all of it was fantastic
I didn't realize the new season was starting so soon, since the Kickstarter was so recent. Incredibly hyped for season 2!
I think he mentioned that season 2 was gonna happen regardless except kickstarted would determine if it would be with or without ad inserts

Prof you always do such a good job bringing incredible chemistry to each episode. This might be the best. Absolutely hilarious all the way through.
I'm really a Commander player, but I cannot stress enough how much I enjoy the guests of shuffle up and play and the various formats. It's so much fun and helps me to better understand the game in many ways. Your selection of guests is awesome, and while many might be known in the mtg community, I enjoy them the first (but not last) time, since I hardly look beyond EDH. Keep going and thank you, Jesse and Mason!

I honestly play abrade in main board in a couple decks, there's way too many artifacts and smaller creatures going around, it is almost never dead in hand. Also I might add, I appreciate the professor's style to dress like an arizona ice tea can
