The opening batsmen played with zero intent. There never was any aggressive or dominant attitude even though they had all 10 wickets in hand for almost half of the innings.
I respectfully disagree with Kamran bhai on Usama issue. He has only played one game. He wasn't even given a proper run in the ODIs before the tournament. It was required for either of the 2 openers to score at the SR of 150+. On that pitch, scoring at the SR of 100 is not a achievement most people do that in Chinnaswamy. But Scoring with the SR of 130 to 150 requires sepcial skills (Six hitting abilities etc.). Pak openers lacked that.

We lost today but I appreciate the fight back by Pakistan bowlers in last 15 overs and batters. The game was in the balance when 100 runs were required in 12 overs. I put all the blame on babar. Not he did the right decision on the toss, not he did his best in the fielding, not he did the best in his batting. I put all the blame on babar. Not he did the right decision on the toss, not he did his best in the fielding, not he did the best in his batting.
