You all were underestimating Kuldeep at halfway point. Kuldeep today has shown a legspinner, top spinner, googly and most important a flipper. Only Shane warne has shown this ability before. Kuldeep has a long long way to go but he has shown an ability. Chahal is nowhere close to kuldeep.
Kuldeep ko test mai khelna chahiye. Aur uska 2019-2022 bura nehi gaya hota toh woh abhitak 500 wicket international mai le chuka hota.

Shadab Khan the ODI player is extremely underachiever . This isn't about his present form but its about his whole ODI career . He is a bowling all rounder and played 63 matches till now . He has 82 wickets to his name with overall average of 32 . Out of his 63 matches he played 33 against SA , Eng , NZ ,IND and stats are .

The worst ever stats or record a front line spinner can have .
He's averaging less than 34 against 6 teams only and the teams are Afg , HK , Nep , Zim , WI and SL .
He has just five 4fers and no 5 wicket haul in ODIs . 2 against Zim , 1 vs Nep , 1 vs WI and 1 vs NZ .
He played 2 ICC 50 over tournaments and played 10 matches and stats are :

Not impressive at all .
He has 3 man of the match awards in 63 matches and 2 of them were for his batting heroics . It means In his 6 years career our front line spinner was the main man with the ball for once only . Unbelievable and below par .
He should take the responsibility now , he's the vice captain and we need his bowling . They invested alot in him and supported alot in worsr time . Someone have to tell him that we need his bowling more than the batting . Not every time our Pacers will get early breakthroughs to save his a** . Its just his batting plus which is helping him to enter in the ODI setup , alone with his bowling he can't enter in any Top team of the world .
A spinner is there to cash the pressure created by Pacers and if pacers fail then to create the pressure by own . But he always fail in doing both .

Lol nothing will help. Pak had a T20 team this team in the last 2 years has not played one series with a full strength. T20 pak plays Hance does well. One day forget it. No matter who you bring you will.losee in front is a good team. Team is not even capable of playing 59 overs. Ask your best bowler to bowl 10 overs flat without injury. Forget it man. agree, pak as T20 team is very good..the bowlers can sustain the intensity for short format..but in 50over game, the pacers seems to lose their intensity..and it tests, the perormance dips even more..have seen how average the combo of Nasheem, Rauf and Shaeen looked overall..nothing like the Aus or English pace attack who sustain the intensity..this is far different form pak team of 1990s and early 2000s when Pak was playing with Wasim, Akhtar, Waqar etc, their intensity level were at another level..i just laugh when some pak fans compared Shaheen, Rauf, Nasheem to Wasim, Waqar, Akhtar Attack..

Winning or losing is a part and parcel of game, but there was no intent for any fight by the Pakistani team after 10th over. There are only two good players from this Pakistani team, Baber and Afridi, rest or average players. Pakistan should think over it.

If we need to accommodate Saud and Abrar then Shadab/Nawaz/Agha/Iftikhar two among them will have to make way for it.
Now the decision has to be made keeping in view the best interests of Pakistani Team no matter how hard it is, nothing against the players
So first among Agha and Saud, Saud plays due to superior ability hands down and slots in at 4
Abrar comes as an obvious choice and more importantly as your 4th bowler who, as Rashid Bhai indicated, can bowl 10 overs.
Next automatic selection is of Nawaz as a fifth bowler ahead of Shadab
Shadab comes in a sixth bowler, who can bat and is a fantastic fielder, so Iftikhar loses out here due to equal comparable batting of Shadab, and superior bowling utility of Shadab
So, it may seems unfair, but as I said sone hard decisions need to be taken, nothing against Agha and Iftikhar, both are fantastic player in their own way but unfortunately they are the ones who would have to make way
So our probable eleven could look like this
1. Fakhar
2. Imam
3. Babar
4. Saud
5. Rizwan
6. Shadab
7. Nawaz
8. Abrar
9. Shaheen
10. Naseem
11. Rauf
The only slight disadvantage this eleven would have with the current playing eleven would be a little longer tail or so it seems
But in my opinion bases are covered and like to like or better swap has been made, you play with 5 specialist bowlers, 3 world class pace bowlers with two if not excellent than good spinners aided by a good sixth bowler
In batting we loose Agha and his innovative batting may be, but Saud brings better package and ability, atleast on paper
Similarly it might seem we loose lower middle order batting muscle in form of Iftikhar but I think Shadab can compete with Iftikhar in batting and may actually edge out due to his X Factor
So what do you say Doc Sb and Rashid Sb?

Moral denting defeat - Will Pakistan overcome this soon. They looked mentally and confidence wise totally toppled . Win or loss is part of game but in no single phase Pakistan looked positive.
They even had no clue of NRR in their batting part - where was their think tank on this aspect. Ofcourse, understand Micky Arther is managing the show from remote (from England) - food for thought ! 🙏
Sarfaraz would have played better against most of the batsmen today. In addition they are playing there 3 pacers in every series, wear and tear of the body is obvious.
