This piece and arrangement actually makes learning how to read music and what keys to press, especially on the left hand easier than with more difficult pieces that have many more notes and nuances.

To hell with intermediate arrangements. Why can't we just get the original without any degradation ?

Because some people mightn’t be able to play it, intermediate pieces give piano learners a chance to learn or get tastes of harder pieces. If you want the regular version then go arrange it yourself maybe

Good arrangement overall, but that chord on bar 76 is painful to read lol.
