Am I the only one who didn't know about this piece?! Well, it was not easy to learn this in one sitting, but here we go! All I can say is that I had a lot of fun during the process :)

When I clicked on this, didn't actually expect her to convincingly play it but it ended up being a masterclass in flute playing. The double tonguing is so refined. Here is a challenge: TH-cam video called "McCoy Tyner - Softly, as in a morning sunrise | Piano solo transcription". I have been trying to learn it on alto flute. It only goes down to B below middle C, so can be played on concert flute with a B foot. It is a fun solo. Could call the video "Can a classical flute player sight read a jazz solo?"
