      @@doctorstevenpark last night I took Melatonin, I woke up with a headache and feeling sluggish . Do you have any other recommendation to take , instead of Melatonin???
      I want so badly to heal my Acid reflex and 100% for sure heal Esophagus ?? Thank you .

    I already knew we lose weight at night time . To lose weight , Deep Sleep aka Dreaming !
    I been doing Intermittent fasting for 7 years and I do drink water.
    I have noticed water makes my throat feel like, something in it .

    This is a very helpful video. It amazes me how many of the doctors on TH-cam, can cite the numerous studies pointing to the importance of vitamins D and K, and yet everyday real-life doctors that I have gone to always seem totally clueless about vitamin D. It is as if the study results are not being taught in medical schools.
