    I started measuring my blood sugar, then and only then did I lose weight. I found certain foods sent my blood sugar up much more than others. When your sugar is high, you can gain weight, so the game is to keep your blood sugar constantly low-no spikes. By eliminating sugar highs, the weight came off. Most doctors believe that people won’t do all the finger sticks that are necessary, but compared to 40 years of ineffective dieting a couple of months of sore fingers simplified everything, after all those finger sticks I knew exactly what I shouldn’t eat.

    To live longer do the exact opposite of what the government says do. I learned what not to do from the FDA. Good info!

    Interestingly few doctors pay attention to dysfunctional breathing. Diet and exercise can be good but this essential area is usually overlooked and certainly in the UK sleep disordered breathing tends to be associated with overweight men rather than slim females.

    Whether you want to lose weight or not, everything you say is 100% accurate. I hope you don’t mind, but I’m sharing you video with everyone I know. We need more doctors like you educating people. Thank you sir.

    Just had my first visit with a Dietitian, an she advised me to get off Keto, and or Carnivore, as my cholesterol and blood sugars was too high. Told me low fat is best, and keep eating simple natural carbs, even whole grain bread. Honey stays in, and A2 milk is fine.
    Also I will be fine to eat 6 times a day.
    Goes against everything I've learnt over the last 4 years, and have proven to work, for loosing fat, and gaing health.
    Only reason my blood sugars is high because since being re married, someone else dictates sweet constant deserts, biscuits, snack etc.

    I have a question doctor 🙋‍♀️. My mother (who has been overweight and dieting all of her life) really struggles to sleep. She struggles to fall asleep, she wakes early for the day at 4am and is up and down all night to go to the toilet. I know she snores too. Is there any hope of her learning to sleep properly based on this info? She is unable to lose weight and I think that her hormones are playing a huge part- based on her very poor sleep patterns! Do you have any advice? Thanks

      Sounds like classic perimenopause/menopause symptoms, which is frequently overlooked and dismissed by doctors. Your mother would benefit from regulated HRT treatment and also a low dose of oestrogen cream applied either transdermally or inserted as pessary. A great prevention for UTI's and atrophy.

    Thank you so much for this helpful information. I wish every health practitioner in this country knew the facts that you talk about. It always puzzled me why the American Heart Association demonizes healthy fats. Now that I know that they got millions form Procter and Gamble who profits from selling unhealthy fats but now healthy ones, I understand.

    My mother was always overweight, fat and eat everything, took medicines for diseases and conditions her family member had but she never had, for example filaria and glaucoma. she dreaded cooking and her cooked food of the same item was never same. There were occasions for example, we go to icecream parlor, she would eat each flavor of icecream. Her labs and annual exams always better than all of us, young or old. She passes away at age of 96.
    My my father’s aunt became widow at very early age, she lived like a monk. Two set of white cloths that cover most of body, head shaved clean. She lived in house made of cow dunk, mud and rice husk. Roof of her house was made of wood and clay tiles. Flour of the house was made of cow dunk, rice husk and mud. There were wood windows. At night she lit a kerosene lamp that would produce lot of shoot. Her diet was whatever grow in her land. Rice, lentils, mangoes, wild berries and vegetables that grow in, over and around fences made of thorns. She would drink one cup of tea in the morning, rice and lentil soup with spices (or kadai made of fresh buttermilk with spices), either a spoonful of mango pickle or one spicy lentils cracker in dinner and wheat or millet flat bread with spiced lentils or seasonal vegetables sent by neighbors. We never found her even sneezing (forget about fever or any disease). She never went out of her front yard (or back yard). One day she passed peacefully. She lived over hundred years.
    Any explanation except “oh, it’s strong genes”? 🤔
    I appreciate that many medicines are developed for communicable diseases and health conditions such as diabetes as well as surgery for broken bones and other painfully bothering conditions. But most of the “recommendations” and pre-emotive treatments are just BS.

    I dunno if I can agree with too much fat - unless you're talking about seed oils.
    Animal fat and cholesterol balance hormones and make hormones amongst other things. I don't believe fat is the problem. I believe sugar/carbs and seed oils and processed foods are the problem.

    He forgot to say too much sun, vitamin D leads to BCCs and melanoma. I've had several skin cancers.

    • @markjohnson9572
      @markjohnson9572 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s not the sun exposure that causes the cancers. It the pharmaceutical drugs in the skin and blood that cause the cancers. Sun exposure sometimes triggers these to cause cancer.

    I think that there is way more evidence for sun exposure causing skin cancers including malignant melanoma, than there is for Vitamin D deficiency causing obesity. There are definitely more studies that support the impact of sleep deprivation, and a diet based on unprocessed foods.

    • @johnsonfamilyhomeschool675
      @johnsonfamilyhomeschool675 3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Burning causes skin cancer....not sun exposure. People do not regularly go out....especially in winter....and they burn.
      People also use sunscreen which block UVB rays, which your body uses to mix with cholesterol to make vitamin D....
      This leaves a person deficient in Vitamin D and have high cholesterol.

    Just eat less and only drink water. It sucks but it works. Under 2k caloroes if possible per day. Lots of veg. Boom. No sweets/sugary things. If you do have something sweet just have something small and stop.
