I relate so hard to when your mind was blown by that parent that spent almost two hundred without question. 😂 I’m still in shock from a dad at my last market who brought one daughter over, let her pick out 3 plushies for herself plus some gifts for friends and her sister, and then came back 10 minutes later with the other daughter and did the same. He ended up spending almost $400 and didn’t bat an eye. I’m so glad I’m not the only one who reacts that way😂
I’m in bed listening to my husband snoring and my assistance dog sleeping on me snoring as well. I’m here grinning like a crazy woman and holding in my laughter so I don’t disturb the snoring orchestra. You are a fresh breath of inspiration. Congratulations from Australia- DitzyBellzz Crafting
I like your video because you’re the only one that shows the actual process of people approaching you and buying. For me the way you talk to people and the energy you show to them in this markets are really important. Love it!!!
I have done markets and shows for Decades. Just found your channel so of course NEW SUBBIE!! Keep all your items you need for shows together in container. That way you never forget them. Never miss out on a sale! When lady asked for an item you were sold out on offer to ship and add shipping cost. There will be so many that will say YES. Start a text sign up list! You can keep in touch with customers! Send them pics of new items, sales you might run and advertise for your next show. Your items are adorable!!!! I thought I’d share my tips that have helped me. I will be ordering from you too. Best of luck you are just Precious!!! TFS. Hugs- Rebecca 💙😘😘💙
I am so happy for you. YEARS ago I did craft shows. My biggest seller was Raggedy Ann. They took forever to make and I would sell her for $7.00. Back then .... fabric was affordable and so was the fiberfill. I started making them when I was a senior in high school. I made them for all my friends and I will never forget when "Val" bought a Raggedy Ann and Andy for his girlfriend. He did not know it but I had a crush on him !!!!!
my mom crotchets and hopes to one day set up a booth just to see if people will be interested in what she makes and I hope to get to see that day soon. so genuinely happy to see your business growing and booming here's to many more days like this
I know you seem shocked, at people spending so much, but your things are HAND MADE, and appear to also be well made. I would gladly purchase from you. It's so sad when you go to some market it's obvious bulk bought from Temu. They look cuddly and are bright and colorful. Adult or child would love these.
You two make a great couple! Thanks for all helpful info. A lot of crafters that do these markets don't like to share, or teach, how this is done. I know this is only how you do it but you have some great tips here!
It is great to see your significant other helping you out ❤ I had my first craft fair a few months ago and my guy came to help me and I didn't have to ask!❤ we're so lucky😅😊
I had my first craft show last November and my hubby came and helped me. I was so nervous, but he was not. He really helped me shake those nerves. He is a former car salesman and his sales experience helped me so much.
Careful with branded items. I am a retired potter who did many craft sales and know from experience companies take their brands seriously and protect them.
Amazing product and it's no wonder you sold out of so much. You hit all the bases with a great set up in your booth too. And you engage wonderfully with the shoppers. And Oscar is great too. You are a lovely young couple and I wish you much success. You deserve it.
my son actually wanted to help me at a market last year and both days. he is 23 and an introvert so it is big of him to volunter. I like your stuff. the cuteness factor is high.
Your work is great! Your personality is half the reason you are doing so well. You are adorable! Please be careful with selling branded items. I would hate to see Nickelodeon to come for their share. Excellent job!
I love how the crochet community brings us all together virtually and in person. Your items are awesome and it gives me ideas for our craft fairs. We are on the east coast. We have a 4 day market coming up. Thank you for sharing. Just subscribed. Where do you buy your eyes in bulk?
how many hours of crocheting do you and your mom have into these adorable plushies? How much did you spend on yarn and fiberfill? Gas, time, supplies, materials, it all adds up. On the flipside, you’ve got a great helper with your husband there, you share a hobby with your mom, and it looked like you had fun all day long. I would call that a win!
Thank you for making this video! I had so much fun seeing you at Market!!! I crochet as well and a vendor at our local market! Never have done as well as you! You go girl...so happy for you!!! You are awesome!!!
This video is beautiful I love your energy. This is the first video I’ve watched of yours and I’m hooked (a little crochet joke lol) but seriously I’m currently tufting my own rugs to hopefully sell and this video was like motivational dopamine ❤ you’re killing it🎉 wishing you and your beautiful family many more beautiful days like this 😊
My mom is really obsessed with crochet markets, so, when I have my first one next week it got me out of all chores to prep since I still have school :p
My first watch, and I loved it. I'm so pleased to see that you did so well at market and made your best sale ever. Your crochet was beautiful, and your little designs were adorable, no wonder people were attracted to them. Keep it up girl your obviously doing great...🥰🇬🇧🐾🐾🎃🎃🎃 Oh and nearly forgot to say, your fur baby is just gorgeous 🐾🐾💕
Wow. The place you sell at is so busy. I love this and miss doing craft fair. I don't do crochet but they are super popular. I see your stuff are selling like hot cakes.
I was wondering where you got the black folding shelves :) I will be doing my first market in June. I live in Northern Michigan and I am very excited. I make chunky yarn hand knitted plushies and blankets. Hoping to do well :) . Thank you for sharing with us all :)
this was so fun and relaxing to watch! i started crocheting myself only 2 months ago, and standing on a market selling quality plushies (i'll have to work on that 'quality bit, lol) is definitely a big goal for me
Ya!!! Woohoo!! Congratulations on such an amazing market!! I make leggy frogs but mostly in sweet snuggles yarn and I need to try some in bernat blanket for sure!!
Where was your market at? your sales were awesome. The price point you had was way more than the area that I sell in would pay. My leggy froggy is sold for $10. Even then, they are a little hesitant about paying that. The kids talk them into it. Lol. Great job!
I just watched your market day video and it was amazing. I would like to know where you got your wooden shelves that sit on top of your tables. And your Black folding shelves at.
Lovely video and dynamic personality ❤. Are there licenses one takes for craft fairs? Do people return goods next time they see you? Do you have to provide bills for each sale? How do you do time management between just two of you for selling? A lot of work to set up and wind down too. Great job 👏
LOVE LOVE LOVE. Where did you get the table covers. I checked out your amazon and they are not there. Thanks and keep up the great work. Love hubby helps too.
Love your market vlogs. I am not a crocheter but have tried and props to everyone who does it. But I do have a small business and love your vibe and love e-meeting other small business owners. Wohoo for a successful day! Those feel great and do make up for those not so great.

bro is rich
I find this is really common for parents. I sell jewelry and they never ask the price, just grab whatever and pay for it.
I think also by the time they come to a market - they've budgeted for it.
I bought clear bags for craft sales so as someone is walking around with an item they bought from me other people can see it.
Great ideaaaa!!!
@@ninjaturtle365 Thanks, that was one of the hints I read about for craft shows. I have made a few more sales because someone saw the item in the bag.
Great idea!!
VERY CLEVER!!!
Oh yeaa i did this too
You should make plushies of your dog, when people see her with you and a plushie version of her I bet they'll buy em x
Omg yess!
100% that would be so adorable. If I saw that I definitely wouldn't be able to say no 😂

Great advice!!
All great tips
You should get a stamp made with your logo/handle, and stamp your brown purchase bags 🥰
Further your branding girl!
I have one!! 💕 I do stamp my bags and you are right it helps so much!

I bought the brown speck chicken to put in my grown daughters Easter basket. I thought it was so cute!

I love those wooden shelves. I thought I watched a video in the past that explained the shelf and how to make it. Am I mistaken?
