Hope you like the video brothers!🤎 Also just a quick quick reminder that I'm literally just a girl and I did all this stuff because it was fun to me. I do know supplements and juices and all that aren't really necessary but I've always wanted to try them and had the best time testing them out. I know it can seem like i'm blindly following tik tok but I promise you guys I only do things if I absolutely want to do them and I think they'll be fun to try. okay thats all lol, thanks for watchingg! 🤎.
Just a little psa, if you eat green veggies, especially leafy ones you don't need to waste money on chlorophyll as that is the compound in plants that makes them green. If you want a little extra go ahead but just to save your wallet you can get a bag of spinach for $3-4. Also eating the veggie itself also helps you get in more fiber and vitamins that you need! A lot of influencers also get fancy ass facials and have camera filters/makeup on so don't forget to be critical of them and their endorsements!
Yes! Chlorophyll sold as supplements is not the same chlorophyll from greens and that’s the chlorophyll most research is done on. A 1/2 cup of spinach, some good matcha, broccoli are good sources of chlorophyll.
Gir I can relate I have small pimple here and there that are painful and also dark spot and actually curelogy worsened it for me but then I change to a skin care brand called good molecules and products like the discoloration serum and hylarolchial acid as REALLY helped my skin so I really recommend them or Lara’s posay my cousin uses Lara’s posay and here skin is glass clear after before ance joining hope this helps
For the avocados, just keep them in the fridge and when you're a couple days out from needing them take them out so they can ripen. Keeping them in the fridge will slow down how fast it ripes
Girl do Accutane. It’s a harsh medication but the results are so worth it. I am a black female and tried all the things as well and ultimately resulted to Accutane. The freedom of clear skin will make you wonder why you hadn’t done it earlier.
if accutane has zero supporters, then i am dead. had acne for almost 8ish years and it cleared my skin up within 2 weeks. highly recommend it to anyone suffering from long term acne🥹
Early ganggg, love and missed seeing your vlogs! Every time you upload you inspire me to move towards a healthier life lmao, living in this city doesn't help but seeing your aesthetic gives me a kick in the right direction, love you Maya
“Don’t piss me off” 😂😂 try dairy free ice cream. This is my favorite vlog already !!! I myself am doing a trial before going to the doctor to see what I’m allergic to 😂 I never thought of the gluten im going to try to reduce it also and see what happens. Thank you so much for sharing this vlog 🤗🤗… 23:54 😂😂😂😂😂 I’m screaming !!
Hey girl tip for the avocados: put them all in the fridge and only take out one or two at a time. The ones in the fridge won't ripen so you aren't forced to put avocado in every meal from having them all go ripe at once!
Highly recommend complete blood count (CBC) or full blood examination (FBE) - it'll tell you everything you need to know about your body pretty much Also an updated allergy test & maybe a nutritionist Between these three I'm postive you'll find a holistic way to heal your body from the inside out
I have a medical doctor with holistic views and it's the only person that's been able to fix my stomach problems! I really recommend it because i do believe in medical science, but people who are also holistic (in my experience) also take into account ur mental health. I understand the struggle of relying on doctors all too well, but they really do have the best results sometimes😭 Edit: I'm seeing a lot of people tell you a balanced diet is enough and I'm here to say several doctors have told me if you're lacking certain vitamins, other vitamins can't travel through your body so they get wasted AND food nowadays isn't as nutritious as it used to cuz we're running out of good soil and basically my best advice is u do a blood test for all your vitamins and nutrients and take it to a specialist to tell you what you're missing. It's ok to take supplements.
girl when mentioned wing stop i YELLED..I am in that choke hold. and it hits every single time. I love the Louisiana rub fr especially with some corn.... stop playing.
I just found your channel & I love it already . I do not watch hour long vlogs I usually do 10-15 mins at a time & come back later … listen I can’t turn yours off ,the vibe is everything …. You got a new subscriber outta me 🫶🏼
Okayyy I have to put you on!! Van Lewen makes dairy free options, they have a strawberry shortcake that is DIVINEEE! Alsooo dairy free yogurt that has a plain flavor & vanilla one is Kitehill. The plain I think is 17 grams of protein! And the other is also 11. Soo I would recommend!! Also love your videos! 🥰🥰
I fully understand being impatient with pancakes, I make banana protein waffles and I also have a weird thing about putting just cooked toast/pancakes/waffles straight onto the plate because I don't like the bottom getting 'sweaty' so I put them on a baking rack as I'm making them, I always eat as I go so they are already gone by the time the last waffle comes out and I just down that one aswell. the plus is I never need to dirty a plate.
I would do research on dandelion root! I make a latte that has replaced coffee for me and has worked wonders. Between that and laying off caffeine, it has done wonders for my skin.
Unsolicited advice, but I've had acne all my life and tried a lot of the things you've purchased to try. So 2 things that did help me, the innisfree green tea line - I got the sample kit w face wash, serum, and moisturizer (that I ended up not liking/using), and saw improvement in my skin in literally a week and a half. After that I would still get the occasional breakout, esp around my cycle but otherwise my skin was pretty clear. Now I use cosrx gel cleanser and innisfree serum. The second thing was going vegan HEAR ME OUT - I know it's not sustainable or ideal for most ppl, but may be worth trying for about a month (in case your skin issues are diet related) and then you can always reintroduce animal/dairy products back into your diet and that way you'd be able to see what if anything specifically triggers you. And a side note: when u said you'd grocery shop every day if it was free FELT
chobani has a 0% lactose and 0% sugar greek yogurt with 13g of protein if you are looking for a lactose (dairy) free alternative and also don't mind greek yogurt! It is vanilla flavor and tastes good, and although I don't have a lactose intolerance, my brother does and he has had no issues with it!
Maya, if you have a good and ballance diet and be eating your veggies, protein and carbs you won`t need no extra supplies baby. I also dont think tou have like a gluten allergies because if you have you wouldn´t be abble to eat bread, cookies etc... just whatout for the videos on tiktok people lied a lot about theis lifestyle and body health. I also think that would be good for you just low the volume ultraprocessed food and drinks you have . ps; i love the longs vlogs
I've had my fair share of skin issues too,, I will say if you have certain skin conditions, good dermatologists will most likely prescribe you something that you can't buy at the store! you should do blood work and have them check for celiac but most likely you don't have it if you can eat gluten w/o any stomach issues though as someone with eczema and ibs loll ,, I think a more holistic approach works for skin with medication, skin creams, and diet etc. Be careful though!! a lot of people on tiktok spread tons of misinformation and medical advice on things that are very personal to them. I think you should go get a second/third opinion! It's harder for us poc women to advocate for ourselves :( Lots of loveee!!
Hey, i think that 2 weeks is not enough for you to see the difference in your gut health if you cut gluten for 2 weeks. You should do it for 3 months which is long ik but youll see the difference by then. Alot of people see the difference in 3 months regarding their health, listen to podcast where Dr. Chris Palmer is a guest, he talks about different diets and mental health/physical health changes he notice in his psychiatric patients and on himself as well.
As someone in pre-med I hate when doctors don’t pay attention to or act as if your health concerns aren’t an issue. I hope that our generation can be the next change in healthcare. Also I saw a meme the other day that said TikTok is the new google lol
why pay extra money for celery juice, when you can just eat celery... love your vlogs, but all of this seems like you're just a very influenceable and overconsumption-y. Eating fruits and vegetables whole is also better for you.
I am in fact extremely influenceable and do consume a lot lol! 😂 I'm just having fun though, juicing seemed like a cool thing i've always wanted to try so I thought this would be a great chance. Definitely gonna try to eat more whole fruits and veggies tho along with the juices
Hope you like the video brothers!🤎 Also just a quick quick reminder that I'm literally just a girl and I did all this stuff because it was fun to me. put the avocados in the fridge AS SOON as they get ripe and they will stay that way for a bit!! it has saved me on having to throw them away!
Highly recommend complete blood count (CBC) or full blood examination (FBE) - it'll tell you everything you need to know about your body pretty much

If they have Aldi where you are, I would go there! It’s a super cheap grocery store and it has the same things bigger stores have ❤
Okayyy I have to put you on!!

Go to the columbus circle whole foods!! It's so nice, security guards aren't hovering, and the prices are generally lower than in other areas.
Kite hill dairy free Greek style has 17 grams with 0 sugar it’s my fav 🤗
I would do research on dandelion root! I make a latte that has replaced coffee for me and has worked wonders. Between that and laying off caffeine, it has done wonders for my skin.

At the Time the avocados are ripe you have to but them i a box with cold water and but in the fridge. They will stay fresh for 2 weeks!
Wingstop is as good as the people say 🙈 I can’t even deny. I no longer eat it anymore but the FRIES?!?! so good
Peppermint tea is great for digestion. I also appreciate the lack of phlegm from non dairy alternatives
This may seem like an odd question, but where did you get your dinnerware bowls and plates from? Love your content 💞
I'm the first coment! Btw I love your channel

TJ's salmon is so soooo good but has been in short supply lately.
It's always gonneee!
Be careful with the chlorophyl on your counter, it can stain the granite or marble.
First to being here 👀
purr!
cotton candy grapes are grapes that taste like cotton candy😭😭
dang I kinda wanna try it now 😂
❤❤❤
🤎🤎
You're consuming a lot of added sugar. That's most likely the cause of acne.
You just lost out on some extra protein from that bug
Fellas? 😂 ?
why pay extra money for celery juice, when you can just eat celery... love your vlogs, but all of this seems like you're just a very influenceable and overconsumption-y. Eating fruits and vegetables whole is also better for you.

Have you tried Trentoin ? A lot of acne prone girlies have been trying that lately on my fyp pages.
