    Do you usually feel that after work or school your energy just crashes and you end up doing nothing? That your evenings are basically spent lying on the couch, watching something pointless on Netflix, scrolling through Instagram or watching random TH-cam videos (like this one?). That when you wake up the following morning your house or bedroom just shows the signs of the mess that was your previous evening routine?
    Well, you're not alone, and you're not doing anything wrong, either. You're just... well, not managing your energy correctly.

    I love my morning routine; however, I learned that I must also develop a night routine. Sometimes my evenings are a mess. There is so much to do, but I am learning to have a structured night routine. Thank you for uploading this video.

      Everytime I wash the dishes or do my laundry, I think to myself, "This is self care. I deserve a clean, comfortable environment."

    Gist of video:
    After spending a hectic morning, instead of just jumping to couch and relax, first do some productive work that doesn't need much mental energy such as folding laundry, next day meal prep, doing dishes etc. Anything that will add to a better tomorrow. Then relax a little bit and sleep on time.

    I actually find it better when I relax after work for a bit, then move into declutter/chores. I feel much more willing to do the chores once I'm well-rested. Then after the chores I'm rewarded with a good book, and a nice comfy bed to sleep in.

    haha yes pointless... staph xD. I tried cutting off work after 7 pm, to kind of have a separate time to enjoy the work and life. But my sleep schedule is really bad that i would wake up at around 10:30 am, and probably start at around 11:15, so its been affecting my work time as well hayst.
