hellsunicorn I don't know. Civil War's only got two Albums, and EP out. Not to mention I only like a handfuf (ME PERSONALLY) (I.E Four songs) by them. We'll see I don't think they will. But honestly the difference between Sabaton, and Civil War is so extreme honestly I wouldn't. It's like comparing Helloween to Blind Guardian.
John Barlow It was originally 4 members of Sabaton that formed Civil War, Broden lost almost his entire band right after they released Carolus Rex, though Oskar Montelius just recently quit Civil War so technically it's now 3. I've also find their sounds to be fairly similar, though Civil War has a somewhat more varied style and Nils obviously sounds extremely different.
I'm a metal artist as well and I'm really impressed with these guys and with what napalm records is doing. the quality of this video, the band the song, just kick ass. inspiring to say the least.

Civil war with frontman Nils P.J. at their best. This song is about the planned invasion of Cuba by the Us of A. He does resemble the late Michael J. Great album great band. To me Nils Patrik should be there right on top with the best of the best in the Metal hall of fame. Such a talent.

LET ME clarify. Look at 90% of the comments on here. Someone mentions that they're better then Sabaton, or they might surpass sabaotn. I disagree. But at the same time they're two different types of power-metal. It's a good song. But honestly Right now Ensefrium''s new Album One Man Army, or Blind Guardians beyond the red mirror are really good as well.

hellsunicorn I don't know. Civil War's only got two Albums, and EP out. Not to mention I only like a handfuf (ME PERSONALLY) (I.E Four songs) by them. We'll see I don't think they will. But honestly the difference between Sabaton, and Civil War is so extreme honestly I wouldn't. It's like comparing Helloween to Blind Guardian.

John Barlow It was originally 4 members of Sabaton that formed Civil War, Broden lost almost his entire band right after they released Carolus Rex, though Oskar Montelius just recently quit Civil War so technically it's now 3.
I've also find their sounds to be fairly similar, though Civil War has a somewhat more varied style and Nils obviously sounds extremely different.

Civil war with frontman Nils P.J. at their best. This song is about the planned invasion of Cuba by the Us of A. He does resemble the late Michael J. Great album great band. To me Nils Patrik should be there right on top with the best of the best in the Metal hall of fame. Such a talent.

I know some may not care, but I looked at the lyrics, and it's clear to me that they are singing about the Bay of Pigs invasion of Communist Cuba. I like when Heavy Metal (or whatever kind of Metal music this is) meets History, especially Military History. My first taste of it was Iced Earth's The Glorious Burden, and I've tried to keep an eye out for more since then.

I always come back to this song, because I originally hated the vocalist's voice. It was weird but man it's just so fitting after a while. Definitely an acquired taste but its awesome

Grande el tipo 👌 lástima que ya este año abandono Civil war, aunque el vocalista nuevo no está nada mal, pero de todas formas un cambio de vocalista siempre deja un sabor amargo a la hora de interpretar canciones antiguas

Ennek a csávónak konkrétan se stílusa, se megjelenése, nincs mozgása, olyan nagyon jó hangja se, 6 perc alatt a haját nem tudta kiköpni, de mégis fantasztikus ez a szám, és a klip is. Innen látszik, hogy valaki ért ahhoz, amit csinál. Király volt!
