Even normal lightsabers should only be used by trained force users. Even highly trained non force users would make a mistake and cut themselves to pieces, but using force abilities such as their precog, that wont happen.
That would be awesome, but it wouldn’t be very useful in a 1v1 lightsaber duel because they could just cut the blaster rifle in half, it would probably be used for other techniques(unless the blaster rifle is plated with lightsaber resistant alloys like Beskar or phrik)

I think it was the result of reading from script either intermittently, without being able to read while speaking for some reason, or simply an inability to read as fast as he could speak generating the pauses. I found that many of these guys, like ekharts ladder for instance, do this.
When it comes to the helicopter sabers, I think the idea is the the rapid spin essentially creates a disk of plasma which rapidly heating the air which rises very quickly, levitating the "disk" and the wielder, while I do think that the force is used to boost its abilities.
Thumbnail is a Kovid Ankal wielded exclusively by the warriors and knights of the Order of the Kovid Mando'ade. Using advanced power cycling, several crystals, and expanding and contracting metal work, the Ankal had a retractable cross section which allowed it to be used as a light saber, light saber pike, an uneven double bladed saber or staff, a light saber cross guard, and a lightsaber pike with cross guard as well as full Ankal (As seen in the picture). A Few Corrections. You mean the Mandal Kovid, not Kovid Mand'ade. The Ra Kovid's Name at the time was Kovid Umbra, not Sellick Umban. Only the shitty Ankals blew up when countered with cotorsses, and only the shitty mass produced version had the cheap energy cells. There was no battle over Bastion, Palpatine Sacrificed the planet and its garrison and Navy to create the Force Storm Catastrophe. The Galactic Empire was Defeated in the battle over Despayre. Everything else is about right.

Shad of Shadiversity is right about how lightsaber combat should actually be done (in the style of fencing with a rapier). Dooku would approve of his analysis and conclusion. 10:40 Dooku wouldn't be impressed at all.
The tonfa saber is pretty illogical due to the fact that when we hold it in a defensive position, the blades would sear out arms due to how close it is. The only way to use this thing safely is to have saber resistance armor plates on the arms

Although the last jedi was pretty meh, almost bad even I still loved kylo rens light saber. I always wondered why they didn't have hilts, I just love that sound it makes and how the blade flickers and has a fire like look, that unstable look. It suits kylo ren as well. I think I would prefer that one over any other.
I find it funny how you butt hurt fans just HAVE to find a way to cry about the new movies. Kylo isn’t limited to TLJ, so it shows your particular childish nature to point that out specifically.
The light whip was actually used by Giffany who fought in the battle of Rusan as a Jedi then turned over to the brotherhood of darkness and helped train Darth Bane. Centuries before New Hope.
The lightsaber suit and whip would later be used in Star Wars Visions by Karre's twin sister, Am. Similar to Grievous, Am's suit can extend two additional arms with extra blades, and the underside of her heels can ignite blades as well when she would perform a forward snap kick. Unlike the standard plasma whip which was weak, the whipswords can actually deal damage as she was overwhelming her brother by slicing everything in her path. When Karre used the powered Kyber Crystal for his lightsaber, she changed the whips into standard blades to duel.
This was the first video I came across from this channel. I must say I enjoyed it very much and now am a subscriber. I also kind of have a _personal cannon_ in the Star Wars Universe. Mainly since the -destruction- -corruption- -infection- acquisition by Disney. I personally.... in pure fiction that is... would prefer the dual bladed lightsaber, but my 2nd blade would be 1/2 to 1/3 the size of the main blade. I would use a smaller hilt than Maul's, perhaps a 1/3 smaller than his own, this would allow for quicker follow up strike when in close. A quick upward strike while twisting your wrist around, bringing the smaller blade towards the midsection of your opponent. (edited for more _family_ friendliness). This would usually happen after a deflected block/deflection by the opponent. This blade would have a secondary power switch so it would remain off until needed, making it a surprise in a first encounter with an opponent. Saving up to have a custom one made as I described to go over my *-Man-** Nerd Cave of Nerdy Man Stuff* (that the wife wants to turn into a guest room for her fu...... side tracked sorry).
The biggest crime is not including the non canon lightsaber of ferb fletcher which was a two ended inquisitor lightsaber with the ability to extend tons of other equally long and equal intensity blades from both sides on top of the ability to extend at 90 degrees I wonder how many kyber crystals could have fit in the tiny space of the hilt
Or the modified lightsaber of Phineas Flynn. It's a mix of Kylo Ren's, the Inquisitors, and Darth Maul's lightsaber. The Star Wars Special was released by Disney and contained less Lore contradictions than the sequels (which are csnon), and as such the Flynn-Fletcher sabers be counted as canon too.
My favorite part of the video was when he said that he didn’t like the content that came after episode six but understood that everyone is allowed to their own opinions. We need more people like this in the community. I like the sequels to a certain extent and consider them as canon in my mind but fully understand why people don’t like them.
If I had a lightsaber, it would have a demi-circle garde drew by the blade from the top of the wilt to the bottom, to serve for both protection of the hand, and to deliver quick but dangerous punchs, that could cut the opponent throat in a heart beat for exemple
Based on this, I want a extendable-handle light pike, that can be used as a sword or a pike/spear, and a blaster-hybrid lightsaber, that can be used as a sword or a blaster. So I can go with a single blade, a dual blade, a blade and gun, or a polearm.
Or even better, a minigun blaster with a light bayonet attached in front, and inquisitor saber blades on each barrel. So when it spins and fire, the blades rotate to create an impenetrable shield that’s also dangerous. It can also retract into a saber umbrella pyke thing
It is good to see your videos still intact I found your lightsaber ones to be some of my favorite ones to watch I heard how people have given you problems just keep up the good work and do not give up
The real question is *why hasn't somebody made a sword and shield-saber yet. It's absolutely plausible and could spark some very unique combat styles.*
The simple fact that you were self aware enough to actually make specific mention of the thumb nail and essentially admit that it was click bait tells me that you actually care about your viewers at least to a certain extent. A lightsaber suit would be pretty badass in concept like armor a enemy couldn't touch I feel like durge would be a fitting character for something like that seeing as he's already a nearly unkillable juggernaut
Good video, the best 'unique lightsaber' video yet I think. Exar Kun's dualsaber, Komari Vosa/Asajj Ventress's connecting curved hilt lightsabers, the attenuated dualsaber/lightsaber/shoto from SWTOR, Zannah's short-bladed dualsaber, Kanan Jarus's two-parted lightsaber and Maul's dualsaber cane could also have been included.

I actually came up with my own idea for lightsaber arms. Basically prosthetic arms with lightsaber hidden within them. The outside of arms would be coated in something that resists lightsabers say a light coating of beskar and the blades would be controlled using subtle hand gestures. The downside of the weapons would be that only the fingers would be capable of feeling so harsh training would be necessary in order to properly wield it. To prevent others from using it they’d also have a dead man switch so if they were improperly disconnected or my vital signs stopped they’d explode. Hopefully I’d take out whoever killed me. This weapon is designed for use by either weak or non force users
i already explained my dream lightsaber in the previous list, but for this one, im gonna give my ideal darkside saber, basically it would be single blade with a long handle to alternate hand styles, the bottom of the saber would have a horn or fang of a ferocious animal, it would be a trophy and a surprise attack, the emitter area would have various guards around the blade made to look like its in the grip of a weird alien hand or claw, the pitch of the blade would sound like the roar of a large animal, and the blade would be black, because i find that color more fitting for evil then red

I think it was the result of reading from script either intermittently, without being able to read while speaking for some reason, or simply an inability to read as fast as he could speak generating the pauses. I found that many of these guys, like ekharts ladder for instance, do this.

When it comes to the helicopter sabers, I think the idea is the the rapid spin essentially creates a disk of plasma which rapidly heating the air which rises very quickly, levitating the "disk" and the wielder, while I do think that the force is used to boost its abilities.

The tonfa saber is pretty illogical due to the fact that when we hold it in a defensive position, the blades would sear out arms due to how close it is. The only way to use this thing safely is to have saber resistance armor plates on the arms

Although the last jedi was pretty meh, almost bad even I still loved kylo rens light saber. I always wondered why they didn't have hilts, I just love that sound it makes and how the blade flickers and has a fire like look, that unstable look. It suits kylo ren as well. I think I would prefer that one over any other.

I can think of one unique lightsaber.
Dooku's curved hilt lightsaber, specially designed for dueling.
The lightsaber suit and whip would later be used in Star Wars Visions by Karre's twin sister, Am. Similar to Grievous, Am's suit can extend two additional arms with extra blades, and the underside of her heels can ignite blades as well when she would perform a forward snap kick. Unlike the standard plasma whip which was weak, the whipswords can actually deal damage as she was overwhelming her brother by slicing everything in her path. When Karre used the powered Kyber Crystal for his lightsaber, she changed the whips into standard blades to duel.

This was the first video I came across from this channel. I must say I enjoyed it very much and now am a subscriber.
I also kind of have a _personal cannon_ in the Star Wars Universe. Mainly since the -destruction- -corruption- -infection- acquisition by Disney.
I personally.... in pure fiction that is... would prefer the dual bladed lightsaber, but my 2nd blade would be 1/2 to 1/3 the size of the main blade. I would use a smaller hilt than Maul's, perhaps a 1/3 smaller than his own, this would allow for quicker follow up strike when in close. A quick upward strike while twisting your wrist around, bringing the smaller blade towards the midsection of your opponent. (edited for more _family_ friendliness). This would usually happen after a deflected block/deflection by the opponent. This blade would have a secondary power switch so it would remain off until needed, making it a surprise in a first encounter with an opponent.
Saving up to have a custom one made as I described to go over my *-Man-** Nerd Cave of Nerdy Man Stuff* (that the wife wants to turn into a guest room for her fu...... side tracked sorry).
The biggest crime is not including the non canon lightsaber of ferb fletcher which was a two ended inquisitor lightsaber with the ability to extend tons of other equally long and equal intensity blades from both sides on top of the ability to extend at 90 degrees

Or the modified lightsaber of Phineas Flynn. It's a mix of Kylo Ren's, the Inquisitors, and Darth Maul's lightsaber. The Star Wars Special was released by Disney and contained less Lore contradictions than the sequels (which are csnon), and as such the Flynn-Fletcher sabers be counted as canon too.

My favorite part of the video was when he said that he didn’t like the content that came after episode six but understood that everyone is allowed to their own opinions. We need more people like this in the community. I like the sequels to a certain extent and consider them as canon in my mind but fully understand why people don’t like them.
If I had a lightsaber, it would have a demi-circle garde drew by the blade from the top of the wilt to the bottom, to serve for both protection of the hand, and to deliver quick but dangerous punchs, that could cut the opponent throat in a heart beat for exemple
What game is being used to show off most sabers?
Based on this, I want a extendable-handle light pike, that can be used as a sword or a pike/spear, and a blaster-hybrid lightsaber, that can be used as a sword or a blaster. So I can go with a single blade, a dual blade, a blade and gun, or a polearm.
Or even better, a minigun blaster with a light bayonet attached in front, and inquisitor saber blades on each barrel. So when it spins and fire, the blades rotate to create an impenetrable shield that’s also dangerous. It can also retract into a saber umbrella pyke thing

Exar Kun's dualsaber, Komari Vosa/Asajj Ventress's connecting curved hilt lightsabers, the attenuated dualsaber/lightsaber/shoto from SWTOR, Zannah's short-bladed dualsaber, Kanan Jarus's two-parted lightsaber and Maul's dualsaber cane could also have been included.

I actually came up with my own idea for lightsaber arms. Basically prosthetic arms with lightsaber hidden within them. The outside of arms would be coated in something that resists lightsabers say a light coating of beskar and the blades would be controlled using subtle hand gestures. The downside of the weapons would be that only the fingers would be capable of feeling so harsh training would be necessary in order to properly wield it. To prevent others from using it they’d also have a dead man switch so if they were improperly disconnected or my vital signs stopped they’d explode. Hopefully I’d take out whoever killed me. This weapon is designed for use by either weak or non force users
i already explained my dream lightsaber in the previous list, but for this one, im gonna give my ideal darkside saber, basically it would be single blade with a long handle to alternate hand styles, the bottom of the saber would have a horn or fang of a ferocious animal, it would be a trophy and a surprise attack, the emitter area would have various guards around the blade made to look like its in the grip of a weird alien hand or claw, the pitch of the blade would sound like the roar of a large animal, and the blade would be black, because i find that color more fitting for evil then red
