Hi have you figured out a way to plug an external DVD player into an iPad Pro? I don’t want to have to go through a PC. I want it all to be portable. I mean just my iPad and an external DVD player. If not hopefully I can put DVDs I have bought onto my external hard drive and play them that way. Do you know what app I’ll need to play movies/tv shows? 😃
It would help if you explained what screen youre looking at on the ipad. Since youve already got it open, i cant know how to get to that screen on my ipda
Can you connect an ethernet adapter and a wired headphone at the same time in the IPP 11? I was wondering that because we already have an headphone adapter, but I never saw someone connecting the two at the same time. I mean, only browsing the internet with ETHERNET and then using a wired headphone in this iPAD.
Them apps I downloaded didn't work with my android or Tablet to burn cd's without a computer but just with a external cd burner. So what's the names of the iPads that can burn cd's without using a computer or apps ????

I’m especially interested in the wall plugs and how they are attached to the wall, almost invisible. Tao, really great job connecting various hardware to your iPad so that we can make our iPads more effective. I also saw your production about doing similar magic on the iPhone. Keep up he good work, please.

Tao M Studio Thank you! Have been trying to reduce my writing room down to a backpack. Was hoping to replace my laptop with an iPad (Air 4) due to size and weight issues (the laptop’s, not me) but will probably end up replacing the laptop with a lighter laptop and still getting the iPad.

If not, I have an Anker powered hub, so what Lighting to USB 3 adapter would you recommend to get fore reliable operation? @@TaoMStudio G'Day Tao, thanks for the reply, one thing I liked about the Reaka hub you demonstrated, was that it had an ethernet connection included. But how effective was it? I have invested in the Apple Lightning to USB3 adapter as you suggested, as will use the Anker powered hub with it. However, do you think buying a USB3 to ethernet adapter will give a noticeable difference when transferring large files, compared to using WiFi, and as there are a heap of these on eBay. Hi. I went out and got the (very expensive) Apple lightning to USB connection. The Apple Store couldn't tell me whether it would work to connect external drives. It didn't. Everything I try to connect (usb flash drive/1 tb Toshiba hard drive/480gb Sandisk SSD Plus) just gives me the 'Not enough Power' message. My iPad Pro is the Second Gen 2017 version. Why does it work for your Third Gen iPad, for many other iPads and iPad minis in the comments, but not for mine? It really looked as though it was the answer to my prayers. In the Apple Store there was another version, £10 more expensive, that you could plug a charging cable into. Would this work? Thanks.
@Brian Hi, 2018 iPad pro provides enough power to other devices which are plugged in, it will also charge your iphone with usb c to lightning cable. However, devices with lightning connecter need external power source to power up other devices. Hope this helps. please refer to this video for more info: th-cam.com/video/-Xwzc-UdG5g/w-d-xo.html
Hi Tao, is it possible yo connect an external 1Tb hard disk drive to an iPad mini5? I’ve tried using the lightning to usb3 adapter and the iPad just connected to an 8gb usb pendrive. It didn’t work with a 16gb pendrive.
Tao, I plugged in the power source to the adapter. It was the only way to read the 8gb pendrive. The other ones didn’t work. Do you have any idea about what could be happening. Thank you very much.
thx very mucho for the info Mr. Tao , very useful .. do you have another recommendation for the orico hub and the reaka adapter ? because those are currently unavailable at amazon .. thx in advance
I see. Well, you can achieve 2 of functions quite easily. Apple Lightning to HDMI adapter will do it. For audio and Mic, I would suggest you the bluetooth ones. The whole setup is a lot easier like this, and less hassle. If you want to try wired option, potentially, try Apple lightning HDMI adapter and belkin lightning to 3.5mm adapter: amzn.to/2K4bj8p. Not sure the setup will work though. Good Luck!

@@TaoMStudio Yeah, with all the adapters there are many variables that could be the source of the problem.
