Someone said it best when they said on the day Gary passed: "Every guitar player on the planet just went up a notch". Thank you Gary, RIP brother - you will be missed.
I'm speechless. All I can say is this is incredible! The more people view this- the more the world will love good music.. Rest In Peace Gary Moore, your music will never die.
Absolute GENIUS. Makes it all look so easy. One of the best guitarists of all time. Makes my spine shiver with delight. I find myself just staring and into another world of sheer excellence and brilliance. Sadly missed. RIP Gary
Ya know, there's been a lot of really Iconic and Excellent guitarists throughout the history of contemporary music........Hendrix, Van Halen, etc. But I can only think of TWO who have ever played with such Heart and Emotion: Gary Moore and Steve Hackett. This performance of "Messiah Will Come" is one for the ages. May You still be wowing audiences on the other-side Gary!! Job well done from ALL of Us!!

when we were young we all knew Messiah , we played music , danced , rebelled but never did we ever doubt Jesus was the man. Our Rock and Roll songs and lyrics were about love for one in love with or wanted or having a good time. Never our lyrics and songs were meant to wound or hurt the Lords Heart. We were inspired by the Lord. For the liberty and peace he gave us. Living we celebrated this great love he gave us. Not always obedient but never doubted who was Lord Messiah will come again
the master at work, with his talking guitar,,love this recording,i feel it just as he does playing it.simply the best for me, and i grew up listening to jimmy hendrix. a sad loss to the world.but what memories he leaves us.

R.I.P Gary Moore, thank you for the music, and the inspiration to pick up a guitar - you will be missed. Thanks for putting this clip up, one of my favourites.
I saw Gary live, open for Rush in 1984 perhaps... and I went and bought everything he ever did - before, and then after that great show. He was an inspiration for every musician, let alone guitarist; and will continue to be for lifetimes. R.I.P. Gary, you will certainly be sorely missed. :(
I listen and listen to this tune and just can't get enough... you left when some humans are so in need... I hope you like it where you are Gary, thanks mate for the years you spent on earth with us...

I'm sat here with my guitar in my hand - and I've just laid it down. There is just no way I can come within a thousand miles of what Gary does here. Phenomenal - just phenomenal. One of the best exponents of 6 strings ever - and ever will be. His ability to fuse lightning fast runs with the most beautiful of tone; not to mention his bending.... There aren't the words to adequately describe what he could do on the guitar.

The passionate, scorching, jaw-dropping solos Gary unleashed on his guitar have gone overlooked for too many years by too many music fans who will never hear talent of this calibre on their local top 40 stations. May the talent of this man be overlooked no more!
