- We have a lady here that is pregnant but she is doing some social media video first for fun. The we have a celebrity drink milk from a questionable source.

@@thegalantic6986 there's waterproof makeup that can last. There are also setting sprays that can help. With the right products, makeup can withstand sweat and physical activity.
With that said, as a woman, I don't understand why anyone would want to look like a runway model while they're in labor.
@@bleehh~ There is no giving birth pretty. A lot of people think that, including myself, but no matter what waterproof makeup you have on, your make up will be ruined at the end of the birthing process even if you have a C-section.

In my culture there's a test for 40 days before the marriage day. In that time they will be trained and tested, so they'll capable enough to take care each other and has a knowledge to build a family right way (parenthood is no joke).

When I was pregnant with my first child my due date came and went. I was very young and my mother in law told me to have a glass of wine because it would relax my body and help me go into labor. It's an old wives tale and it didn't work. I've always felt guilty about it even though my son is now 12 and perfectly healthy.
One glass of wine probably doesn’t cause any measurable harm, you shouldn’t feel guilty about it.

Most women when they feel contractions they brush their teeth shower, wash their hair. So they can feel fresh. And blow-dry it. Apply some lotion and powder if possible. And deodorant. And it ends there. Idk anyone who does make up like this during labor.

It is, and while it's absurd to be drinking while pregnant, its unlikely that the fully developed baby will suddenly develop FAS in the last couple hours before birth. Still absolutely insane, though.

actually in amish villages and some women can go through contraction while doing housework and moving about it apparently get the labour going faster and quicker. but in the end of the day do whats best for your body and baby as well
Other then the very large glass of wine i have no issue with the first one. Early labor pains are easy to deal with, and the best way to deal with it is distraction. Doing her make up and tik tok videos do the job perfectly. I have never cared much for how i look during birth, but i know a lot of moms do.
I really hope the baby isn’t screwed up because of this woman's poor choices.

Dehydration, for example, and that's for both the mother and baby. On the mother's end, that could lead to complications during the labor itself, leading to more potential risks for the baby.
The woman said a bottle of wine, so yeah, that could cause all sorts of complications to the labor itself. You really don't need to try to explain to a nurse how alcohol may or may not cause complications. I've seen some of them.

Hey some people can judge but I have an aunt that did this same thing. I mean she didn't post on social media (mostly because it didn't exist back then) but she would stop and breath during her contractions and then go back to doing her makeup once they stopped. She went to the hospital completely made up and dressed up for the occasion. That's how some women are. I think it's therapeutic for some women. It's not really about looking good so much as giving them something to focus on other than the pain because let's face it, birthing pains can get pretty damned intense and make you feel like you're about to lose your mind if you don't allow yourself to focus on something else.
As a young man I look forward to being a father one day. I especially look forward to seeing my future wife go through her pregnancy. I would pamper her to my heart's content.

While you should not drink alcohol during pregnancy, wine is ok. And actually, wine is suggested because it helps to relax the body before labor. And before anyone attacks me, my mom has had 7 children, and she didn’t reject all wine. It was recommended to her by doctors, and she would tell you that it helps.

1 labor takes hours, maybe even days sometimes let her do her hair and makeup if she wants to.
2 she didn't just decide to drink. her midwife recommended it. if your doctor recommends something unsafe for you, you can sue them for malpractice.

Good Lord. I’ve seen daycare mothers who come in with fabulous makeup, but their kids have a rash, unbathed, and/or in last nights diaper or that don’t recognize their own child at nap time. Smh!! Pay ATTENTION to YOUR CHILD!!! Not everything is a trend!! And drinking breast milk? Eewww. That’s for babies. For skincare? That can be beneficial. Especially colostrum (milk in the first couple days postpartum). But drinking it? I’m good!!

@@Tail_sezNot always. Usually it's hormones that cause them to grow during pregnancy, even in women who don't end up or are unable to breastfeed. But some women who are rather flat stay so until their milk comes in a few days after the baby is born. Size of jugs does not necessarily equate to ample or even addequate milk supply.
And some more clear physical signs of pregnancy are not usually visible through clothing, like the Linea Negra or dark line down the center of the stomach, and darkened areolas, which is standard even if the jugs don't increase in size.
