Hey thanks. Im gonna do the fuel delivery test. What mine is doing is it starts and runs fine when the vehicle is left in heated shop. But if I leave it out, 5 degrees today, its starts but falls on its face when accelerating. I have replaced, fuel filter, FCA, rail pressure sensor, and high pressure bypass valve on rail. I had codes P0193, which the FCA, seems to have cured, then I got the P0148. This is how I came across your video.
For rpm I would check the crankshaft position sensor to see if rpm signal comes from that. For shift indicator I would check to see it there was a 5 volts and ground at the sensor at the transmission. it is multiplexed it uses resistance to know what gear it's in.
Our fuel pressure is dropping to zero on the stab and the fuel pump current is dropping significantly, at one point to 9.77. Does this indicate the fuel pump needs to be replaced or is it something else?

Can you get rid of that annoying Movavi banner which block your critical readings on your scan tool?
Check for fluid in the transmission electrical connector. The 48re is notorious for leaking there and it will throw codes.

I wonder if mine is this + my FCA(fuel control actuator)

The dodge fuel pumps suck, all of them. Buy a fass or an air dog.
Looks like gas instead of diesel
