2013 Dodge Dart Radio Removal
What's the peak and rms watts on that stereo, looking to get a stronger stereo and I don't wanna get something weaker
awesome video, Took mine in to have a line converter installed their $30 rca is crap and I want to replace it with a real one. How about one on the door panels? Upgrading those awful 6x9s is high on my list!
If I get the oem 7 inch touch screen would I need any additional wires?
I'm planning to upgrade my radio to a touch screen is there a wiring harness to adapt to the factory setup? And is there. Touch screen radio with a USB in the back so I could run a USB port into my consol?
does anyone know where I can get the screw and clip for the upper dashboard trim?
Just got a 2015 dart but according to installer there is no wiring harness for that year yet so I'm stuck with stock radio til then. If anyone knows of a place for a wiring harness that would be great
Try sonic electronix. Not sure if the 15 harness is different than a 13. Look on metra web site too
Car toys actually does it went In yesterday and got me the wire harnes
+Julio Calderón thanks for tha advice guys
So the biggest concern I am having is I am intending to replace my radio with something that has a screen and I keep reading that more than likely I will have to cut about a quarter inch off my trim panel and I am wondering if this will actually be necessary or if your familiar with anyway to avoid that
+Jacob White It looks like trimming is necessary when using any of the aftermarket adapter kits like part number 95-6517HG from Metra. goo.gl/I7FIFp Download their instructions here and see Page 3: www.metraonline.com/files/products/INST95-6517HG_web.pdf
I'm planning on installing my sub/amp into my 2016 dart. Has the same radio in it, and I was wondering if I would need any extra parts to get the job done beyond the sub/amp wiring kit I can pick up. Or would I be better off waiting and saving up money to get an aftermarket radio?
good luck finding an aftermarket radio/kit fir that car.
