This is legit some of the best filming and editing out there. On top of that, it’s some seriously wholesome content. SRC family is awesome, chief is a down to earth badass, and this race is as rad as it gets. Congrats on a banger video.

Crazy how things turn out. People were trying to do Big Chief things and now Big Chief is doing people things. I’m sure you guys are like most racers and gearheads and have looked up to the guys on Street Outlaws and now the Chief is looking up. Very cool, a lot of respect to Chief for this.

Justin is a straight G and a truly good hearted person he recently helped one of our local guys that we all look up to here in Missouri. A few words of wisdom from someone who's first hand stepped in the shit and fought their way through it can go a long way when someone else is in a time of need.
I tell you what I liked Justin before I thought he was a big part of the show, I know there has been a lot of trash talk about him, But what I have seen from multiple different videos It seems very humble and down-to-earth And a genuinely good guy,
Same I think the show was edited in such a way that made him appear like he had his head swollen … I don’t know but either way since he has stepped away from SO I have gained back mad respect for him !!
He did admit him being early is 2 hours late and that was part of the issues he had with discovery and the other racers had with him is everyone would be waiting 2 - 6 hours for him to show up so they could film because they wouldn't film without him. Do I think he made a mistake absolutly discovery paid him better then youtube ever will

Ok I just gained mad respect back for Chief !! I have never disliked him but I felt like the “ show “ swelled his head and maybe it did but he realized it and stepped back into his roots and is a spot on legit dude no punches pulled dude !! Maybe it was just the way the show was edited to make it seem as though he got big headed and he actually never did/ was that way ! Either way after seeing him enjoying this real small event and all the kids , friends and fans he gained all of it back and more ! Great video hands down banger !!
The birds chirping along with Billy during the interview at the end after getting home makes the whole video even more surreal if you ask me. They even knew y'all had a rough go at the track that weekend. 👍👊🍻

Most everyone who got the right lane lost!!! Lane choice was a deciding factor in most all of these racers over the weekend but I'm happy nobody got hurt and everyone is OK including chief
Yeah that's racing but crazy how a lane can decide which car is winning.
Only because the lane was loosing cement and breaking up..
Normally the racing is close on both lanes..
It also down to the bumps and on the right lane dip which does cause the cars a bit of issues.

Kenny and Brendan's (? I'm older than Bill and I am terrible with names, my apologies young sir) reaction to Chief recognizing them was great! I know the man is a stickler for details but it impressed me he knew them both by name as well, very cool of him to show them both some respect.

Chief will always be my fave of the outlaws he's a good dude he cares about his fans and the ppl who support him..He also shows mad respect for the ppl who have worked their butt off to get where they are he was really cool with mom's..When you work for everything you got and start from the bottom it gives you a different perspective on things always has always will...Great video guys thanks for letting us see 👀 some more bad azz racing..

I must say that track looks scary, from the narrow lanes and the amount of people at the starting line! I am really surprised that (as far as I know) no one was hurt! The burnout box just looked so crowded with bystanders! Take care

Billy I think they might be something wrong with your anti rollover bar in your truck because every time you put some power to the ground intends to handicap the front left tire and that's when the left rear start breaking loose check out the video from last week when you lost against the red Mustang from Mac TV

What a great weekend, and all family and friends. Doesn't get much better then that. You get to make good memories doing something fun together and make money. Chief/Justin is just a straight true person. Humble and genuine, its so refreshing to see someone who is so cool and real, that appreciates all he has and friends with him, but also his fans.

What a blast that race is, and what a challenge that surface is to race on, even much improved. And the content with Chief is an added bonus, shows the true content of his character, and who everyone really is.

I would love to see Nick of HH, take some time to get out with TJ, do some local travel to test and tune with TJ and Randy and their group (as all are in the same reasonable general geographic area on east coast), and while of course that chassis is not setup exactly as it was, TJ has worked with it for years, Nick has fixed some issues on the back half that existed and he showed when he switched the car over, and made drastic front half changes, but who knows how to tweak that chassis cheaper than TJ can.
It certainly does not launch the same or 60' now as it did, but storms downtrack.
Just a thought Nick, as TJ would certainly help I am sure. Understand the pullback and all the reasons, use the downtime and attempt to get together. Maybe he has a bunch of ideas that may work.
TJ knows that car. A simple review of the changes, may get you full circle.

When Billy was backing up in second round after the burnout, I saw white stuff on the tread surface of the tire.....might have been that bad concrete...

You could see small chunks powdering off the tires on several of the cars. The concrete is starting to fail/crumble.
That's going to require some resurfacing of the track, or at least the start line, before too long.

Very cool y’all got to meet Chief. Definitely a down to earth guy. We’ve had the opportunity to visit with him and Jackie, but we live in the 405 and just happened he pitted next to us one night. Every weekend can’t be a win, looks like y’all had fun, came home in one piece and got to enjoy some races.

You guys should hit up Cleetus McFarland and try to get a spot in his Crown Vic race at Bristol in September he is looking to add 12 more drivers. Think you should definitely try toget in maybe tommy too
Billy, would you consider doing a video that covers the last year for you? What youve learned, what youve accomplished, what goals you made and whether youve hit them or not, and what your plans are for the rest of the year (just a general goal set). What you would like to see happen with the nova, the falcon, and your whole program in general. What would you see for all of these in able to feel like youve had a successful year?
Maybe even talk about what changes youve made over the winter and if any of the changes, or strategies, have really surprised you.
