This coolest part of this is seeing the old owner of the Falcon and the badass pics he shared. That’s what makes cars so freaking cool. All the hands on them and all the different lives they live.

Maybe its just me but i feel like its a little out of pocket to be reaching out and touching a strangers car as its staging. When i was little and my dad would take me to car shows he would always tell me to keep my hands behind my back when looking at someone elses car.

@@BradMalpass1 Hard to say. I know one thing. The clip of the old man backing Tommy up where you could see his eyes. That kid was FOCUSED!!! It may be just me, but Billy comes off as more focused since he became a dad. And that’s the first time I’ve noticed that kinda focus from Tommy.

Uncle BOB is the reason these boys can compete as they do. ..Bill and Bob working in the background building engines, listening to them and knowing internally what's needed. When you are intimate with the sound of an engine you know your the engine whisperer.

I've read a lot of comments on here and on facebook about people complaining about how long it took to upload the video. Wednesday ain't bad at all. Considering you guys had to race, travel, unpack, and edit. Some folks don't realize how much work that goes into this operation. Go team SRC!

Though had noticed during this video, and other during this event, that Limpy has a very consistent behavior, thus it can be figured. 🧐
It would require a 120 fps minimum to see clearly, detect the differences.
Note: opinion: it seems to me these "street race" style, arm drop, now LED light trigger, with a camera at the finish line are not appropriate, similarly as all drag racing events had instituted, standard timing systems. 🤓
The "War in The Woods" is conducted now for 10 years a this old Brown County Raceway track, that is not maintained properly, with many dangers, pavement inconsistencies, improper safety level, worse than any "back of the track" as "Dig or Die" etc. 🥺
Today, there are ready to use, easy to place, set up, portable timing equipment such that these races are run more consistently, fairly, precisely, exactly, thus with no questions, issues, claims at the starting line nor finish line. 🤓
there are those that will certainly disagree, just as there are many that refuse to modernized, use more advanced technology, equipment, EFI, fuel, forced induction, N2O, water injection, water-methanol injection, methanol injection, advanced, suspension, aerodynamics, even front hoods, air dams, side, skirts, splitters, rear defuser, various types of modification, weight reduction, tube chassis, poly-carbonate windows [for safety & weight], safety equipment, fire equipment, etc., etc. -> simple denial, combined with ignorance, arrogance, obstinate, stagnant, limited thinking, mindset 😨
=> the earliest people, individuals within each,every, all racing venues, formats, competition always were involved, in, with change, development, improvement, innovation, for the smallest advantage, increase, improvement -> sadly, all of the upper levels with all motor vehicle racing, along with the paths into them, have such extensive limitation, restrictions, rules, such they are all basically equal level, thus stifles change, development, improvement, innovation. These types of competition events have very little rules, allow nearly any change, development, improvement, innovation, thus a great opportunity !😄
But, 🙄 the vast majority, are limited within their mindset, information, knowledge and refuse, deny there are actual expert level principles, physics, science, to be used for their advantage, improvements, development, at least as the professional use within their competition levels, with proper engineers. 😨
Instead they remain in the 'street level' ignorance, "guess work", "Trial & Error" [=Failure], "variable estimation" (at best). 😦
These attitudes, mindset, are obvious with the lacking use with proper timing systems, process with building their race vehicles, thus are self-limiting without any outside rules, controls, directors, dictation, as the official racing, professional levels have become. Thus, these people do not achieve anything close to those level, while able to even copy the, but refuse, use their knowledge, but refuse, use their expertise, but refuse, use their methods, but refuse, use their safety, many to most refuse. 😨

The year with 454 and the glowing header that you can see in the video I was could bleave it was pulling that big trailer 😳 show how good chev made there engine and did over heat or anything. Billy will work that smal block as it getting so fast. And Tommy has the ls in the that flying just some time it not your night so smart getting out of it as a ways a nuther day to race you can't if you crash it. You both of you are really amazing drivers the wheeley was so good but really hard to win with out steering but it was so straight grate gob on roll bar adjustment grate gob guys and friends and family you video are so amazing I love watching them all ways

Killer filming Allison on Tommy & Billy doing what they do best..
