I haven't seen a single wild gligar, and like 10 Lickitungs already. The Leek Duck site seems a bit off, or Niantic where they got their info.
Last time it was around it was weather boosted for half the event and the entire time during those sinnoh habitats. Got a rank 100is, which is ok. But still
