    I've been trying to find a yoga video that works a lot on both strength and flexibility, but most of the time I don't feel much on the strength aspect just flexibility. This one was a perfect blend, thank you so much!

    Nice way to fire up arms, legs, abs but without stressing out or feeling like it’s an intense workout 💖 perfect to keep those muscles awake but also pamper them with a gentle movement

    Great start for a rest day. I hit the gym for an upper body block, so my neck and shoulders were a little sore this morning. Great unusual exercise combination - it was so good for my body. Have a great day!

    The 1st round is a warm up and it increases every round. Last round is a killer but doable. The lunge jumps got me 🥵. I had to pause for a second
