Navene is so inventive with what he plays, fits the music perfectly 🥰
My god, those floor toms sound incredible!
Yeah, whoever mixed this needs a Highland Toffee and a can of Irn Bru for capturing the shells AND cymbals like they did. 🤘🤘
This mix on the audio is pure perfection.
Yes Navene! Usually I love to hear the vocal-less takes, but the vocals are so good at the end of this song I really missed them! 😂
That floor tom sounds amazing.
looks like the ride could double as a sombrero if you're gigging in Mexico. that bell is MF HUGE.
Kung Lao signature ride (?😂
Lord Riden
@@paulhahn8073😂 good one
And we love it
Whoever tech that kit for recording needs a shot out! Sounds amazing...
This made me feel so happy after a really rough day. 🎉🥁
Kung lao donated a polished version of his hat as the ride, the bell sound represents a brutality 🤘
Yeah more Navene videos! I love his videos because that ride/china make me laugh and he is just a wizard of drums.... That china is dryer than my city in summer and that ride bell is bigger than then hole in my back account. Navene is such a beast and Entheos new album rips.
Wow, your expressions and body movements are as much a riveting performance as the music you play 🙏 respect brother 🤟
This dude is sick!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 🥁
Got that Viridian + Nephele vibes
Still remembered of him from AAL
🤘🤘
I don't think i have listened to this band, but it sounds very Mastodonian. I like it.
They're good as fuck. I recommend. Listen to their latest album if you like this
❤❤❤❤
What band shirt is he wearing? This track is just pure beauty! Naveen and Justin dropped 2 AOTY!
Putridity
Finally a meinl video in my suggested that isnt just blast beats
I appreciate Navene's skills...I enjoy the mix/production - the kick and toms have nice depth...nothing against Meinl, but I would have preferred stronger/thicker crash sounds...the bell sounds great...
Their classics custom line is pretty meh in general, in my opinion, but the duals are especially mediocre. I bet they sound even worse, not mic'ed up.
@@BurnTheNuance Thanks for replying and for the info...I started playing in late '73 and graduated to 16" Paiste crashes (2002 series), with a 10" splash as my thinnest cymbal...back then, the swiss cheese cymbal designs were not in vogue...less metal can mean lower volume (assuming thickness is not adjusted to compensate for less metal), and perhaps a non-swiss cheese thin crash might have improved it for me...
I won't speak against Meinl cymbals...if I like the sound/feel, and it won't crack or dent, then it matters less to me what brand it is - whether it be Meinl, Zildjian, Paiste, Sabian, or even a no-name (like my last splash - my Paiste splash cracked)...the crash "punch" here was not enough for me...still, I think the 2-tone (color) Meinl cymbals are attractive...
I was (and still am) a make-shifter...over the years my "fixes" included bedsheets under the heads and carpet foam-lining for my steel snare and toms (Tama designers might have been crying)...if I were held at gunpoint to have the swiss cheese Meinl cymbals here, I might find it challenging to make them match my preference - but I'd be willing to try(!)...
Is he playing a 14 inch floor tom?
I like my women like I like the bell on that ride
Amazing drumming, but I just can't get around bands with that bass tone. It reminds me of the underground levels in Super Mario World. It's mostly prevalent in Tech Death, which I do very much enjoy, but if it has that tone it just turns me off instantly.
