I like the idea of the M1, I feel like if you get too big of a machine for home use you won't be using it very often, you'll roast enough coffee for a month or two and be stuck with that roast, with the M1 you can change preferences, beans, etc. once a week.
I want to buy a small-capacity one, but it is said that the flavor of the coffee beans roasted by the small-capacity coffee beans is not very good. What is the taste of the coffee beans roasted by M1 and M2?
I have a Kaleido M10 with a NEMA 5-15 plug (for 110V). I've modified my home to support 220V. Do I need to make any changes to my machine's plug, and if so, how can I safely do that?
Great straight forward review/comparison across the models. Good info and realistic input. Thanks

Wonderful review! Probably the best product review I have seen, really! Thank you for guiding this newbie. God bless you!
M1 looks great for me! I’m brand new to roasting. Have never done it before. Would you recommend the standard, pro, or dual model?
Really depends on your needs an comfort level with artisan and computers.
Is it worth to get M2S or just stick with M2?
I you have the M2, not worth upgrading. All we sell is M2S now, its nice. Not sure its worth extra though.
Are all of these roasters can be plugged into regular 120v receptacle. ?
Yes, recommend 20A dedicated for M6 and M10

I personally like the M2, I just like the size of it. I also think all 4 are capable of roasting the same quality regardless of size.
Thanks for the video. Is there a difference in roast quality between M1 and M2? Is the only difference batch size?
Really the main difference between all of them is batch size.
Thanks for the great info

You can reach out to who you bought the roaster from, they can help.
