Can you please tell me when Fodmate should be taken e.g.with meals at the same time as Megaspore? Also, why does Precision Biotics, Megaspores sister company in Ireland, only have the 1714 Bifidobacterium in their product Zenflora and not the other strain Kiran mentioned that is in Zenbiome dual please? I’m in the U.K., so I would also like to know why, if Megaspore have a sister company in Ireland ( precision biotics) I can’t get all megaspores products from them? Why aren’y they all easily available in the U.K.?

Would be great to have the links to the studies for reference. I found the study regarding brain waves changes www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC8891724/?fbclid=IwAR3IfVbt4T0iVaHRt1TD2zdGiN-CcM4ha-PVBYGnT9IleIBCPBGV_LYqXL4 but unable to locate the Ireland Women for specific isolation of strains. Thank you
