In high school, I used to bring my laptop to school and play Super Smash Bros. with my friends at lunch. Some how we were able to fit 2-3 people on the keyboard and one lucky person got to use a USB controller. We always fought over who's turn it was to use the controller.
Yea, that was a "wait, hold up..." moment for me too. Then again, when I was a kid and the Gamy Boy was at it's peak, everyone I knew who had one had to either save up allowances, birthday and holiday money for months to get one or had to beg their parents for months to get one, so there was _no_ way they were going to risk losing or breaking it by actually bringing it with them on the school bus, on car trips or on a vacation. They might have brought it to their friend's house but even then only if they trusted that friend implicitly. Otherwise, their Game Boys never left their house, or even their bedrooms in most cases. So, for me, I kind of forgot that the Game Boy was meant to be a portable system at all.

The game “suitcase” are great for military deployments. I bought one used and bought it with on my last deployment and it was perfect.
My brother is in the Navy and he has one of those for his ps4
6:44 this looks like a Nintendo opening that’s been altered to fit the game theme
4:23 As someone that actually owned this model of PSone, and even managed to play it portably thanks to a car adapter, seeing it fall like that hurt my soul.
And thanks to the portabilizing mod community, these screens are getting rarer every day.
As a side note: I think they even made a battery for it so it really can go full portable + controller wire
Woah. I didn’t expect to see you here. I remember watching your “Ocarina Cover Compilation” videos a few years back whenever I was really getting into Zelda.

One of my favorite videos. Scott yelled at every part of his house, moved his desk outdoors, went into the shower with clothes and a Gameboy, crawled back inside through a window more than three times and probably waited days just to record a three seconds of him getting rain. All of this in 10 MINUTES.
