Such a sad case. I hope their adopted children are ok. Losing both parents as babies, and then to lose their adopted parents later again in life. I hope they’re doing ok
Tbh time does help make things better. I’m sure they grew up and got some therapy and moved on with their lives. So many people lose close loved ones and find a way to keep going and smile everyday eventually. I’m sure they don’t think about the parents 24/7 and cry, I’m sure they’re just fine now😊

Danny may have been involved but I don't believe there was enough evidence to convict. There is clearly reasonable doubt. Ted Ammon's wife was so egomaniacal, foolish and unwise. I am intimidated by Ted but he comes across as a great guy who met a nightmare woman.
I disagree tbh. The Taser, surveillance equipment, trying to blame it on the deceased co-conspirator (wife), his own FATHER testifying against him, it happening before the divorce, and the husband having no other enemies says to me he was involved beyond a reasonable doubt.
Generosa gave me a headache how did Ted deal with her in the marriage? Ted seem like a very great, genius, caring, & passionate man and these monsters did this to him?!! I feel so bad for his kids 🥺
Blows to the head show it was someone personal, but the taser is the part that convinces me Danny was involved. i’m pretty convinced he did it, but i also don’t really think they showed that he did it beyond a reasonable doubt, so i’m pretty torn. innocent people get put in prison all the time and it’s scary that just circumstantial evidence can put someone away for so long. idk, definitely a tough one
"just" circumstantial evidence? Most evidence is circumstantial. Circumstantial evidence isn't any weaker than direct evidence. Witness testimony is direct evidence but it isn't necessary any "stronger" or more reliable than circumstantial evidence. The guy had a taser, he knew how to dismantle the surveillance system, admitted that his likely co-conspirator had wanted to commit the crime, had his father testify against him. It's definitely beyond reasonable doubt that he was involved in this death.
I think him and generosa did it together. I don't think he cared enough by himself to kill the dude. I think she probably talked him into it and the money was good so he thought sure let's do it.
Your face always lights up my day. Your positivity shines through even when you’re talking about some evil things. Makes it more bearable to listen to.
It's similar to an American TV show called Revenge. The show is fictional, but it is very similar. This case may have even been an inspiration. Plus, there are 4 seasons of the show!
Um I’m a huge Revenge fan but I personally don’t see the connection other than the general themes of the rich and betrayed, old and new money, marriage rif raff and politics. But revenge is specifically about a woman who changes her identity to avenge her father who had died in jail after being convicted as a national terrorist by his old lover. It’s also a very woman driven in terms of plot. Are you just talking about the general themes, I don’t see the specific connection?
When Danny had spoken to his closest about his plan for murdering Ted why didn't anyone warn Ted or the police? It pisses me so off, and why did Generosa get so much from Ted when he is the one owning all that stuff? And why did Ted let Generosa get so much from the divorce? And why did Danny do this when there's a huge chance to get caught when you kill a wealthy rich, known man? It's like asking to get caught.
Seriously.. people going by through such toxic partners and tough divorce should make a will that not a single dime be given to their partners. Better to charity or a trust for children but not to such toxic partners
What a truly terrible woman. What an absolutely despicable way to treat someone. The way she took advantage of his money in that way. I’m sure she was involved in his murder. 100%

I think Generosa had it ALL planned from get go. Knowing Danny owned those tasers would make him look guilty. She used the tasers in case she had to throw him under the bus at some point if the heat got to hot on her and she could point blame it was ALL Danny. She then most likely threatened Danny if he ever snitches they have no proof of her committing the crime but proof he did. So they then got married to protect each other from testifying against each other. I’m wondering if she forced him to marry her???
