2:14 when i got to this part and started trying to pull it back in the same spot to get it off something holding the top and bottom parts of the panel broke.

I'm terrified I may be doing this wrong haha, I removed all the external parts, the handle cover, window button and the two 7mm screws but when I try to remove the door panel it still doesn't budge. How much force is necessary to pull that away and what are signs that it's a bit excessive? I am working on an '03 model
