So today, we will talk about 2 fruits to fight cancer - lemon and grapefruit. These two fruits fight cancer in natural and effective ways.
To make this immune-boosting, cancer-fighting drink with these two fruits, we need not just the fruit but also the peelings.
We will make a citrus peel extract for these fruits to fight cancer, and yes, we’ll use the peeling. Simply add three cups of water to the peeling, but be sure to wash your fruits first really well with a veggie wash. Whether or not it’s organic, you still need to scrub your fruits really well since we are using the peelings.
To make this extract using fruits to fight cancer, we will put the peelings into a pot, add purified water, then boil it.
But it’s not just the peeling that you’ll need. You’ll also slice up the fruits and use the flesh, which you can add to your water or make some tea with hot water.
You can also put the juice into ice cube trays, freeze them, and put one out every morning for your early morning drink.
So there's a study on NIH, which is the National Institute for Health that came out in May in 2020. That study talked about just what we're doing, the nutritional benefit in the peeling of our citrus fruits. And in that study pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32391... it showed that citrus peeling helps to prevent cancer.
If you remember, in one of my other videos, I talked about angiogenesis and how it affects the growth of blood vessels to a tumor. And when that tumor gets those blood vessels, it metastasizes throughout your entire body. Well, this juice, remember, we're going to drink two tablespoons twice a day, and it is going to help inhibit that tumor growth.
Now, whether you have cancer or do not have cancer, or don't know if you have cancer, most of us would not know because we aren't experiencing any symptoms. Now, unless you're doing the blood testing that I recommend, then you would have an early sign and realize that you need to take care of this right away.

I’m going to try this! I have been using a lot of your advice and my hubs stage 4 lung cancer has slightly improved. They told him he had a month , but by Gods Glory he’s living 8 months past that diagnosis!

First and foremost, please continue to pray to our Lord and Healer, Jesus, and never give up. Please also be careful with fruit (not skin) while having cancer. The fructose in the fruit flesh will feed the cancer. Cancer lives on glucose (sugar) and glutamine. Fast from anything sugar, get on a low carb diet and you'll need a glutamine inhibitor like DON (abbreviated name) which a knowledgeable doctor like Dr. Thomas N. Seyfried can suggest. He's an expert on cancer metabolism and teaches as a professor at Boston College in MA. Fenbendazole and Mebendazole are anti-parasitic cheap drugs and can inhibit glutamine. Conventional docs will never prescribe these since they are not considered "standard of care." Search for this doc on TH-cam and you can watch all of his interviews explaining that cancer needs metabolic therapy to conquer it. I can't get enough of his interviews as the info he shares is shocking and fascinating. Also search Joe Tippens. He used Fenbendazole and is all clear from his terminal prognosis to this day. i find it amazing how we (Jamaicans) have always drank these fruit peels as tea after peeling them and eating the fruits. guess we been doing it right all along. good stuff.
My mom use to have a nail on the kitchen to hang the peels on to dry and then make tea. Wow!

Mine too, my mom and grandma used to dry the peels that way too. However back in the day, fruits has NO chemicals pesticides and all the bad things that they have today. You can't boil the skins dry or not with the wax and/or pesticides because you will be doing yourself more harm than good...not safe or a healthy choice and above all NOT CANCER FREE, lol. Try cleaning all with fruit cleaner first.

Pray for me this Thanksgiving, these past three years have been difficult on me. Jesus give me guidance come back soon. I don’t know how much longer I can hold on. I’m so tired of struggling every month to get by. Im not sure about garlic when it comes to cancer. Garlic is highly acidic and cancer grows in an aciditic environments. Try the alkaline diet.

First of all we cut anything that has any type of sugar any carbs( cancer feeds on sugar and or carbs)The first couple weeks it was only green vegetables and either small size fish or eggs. She started taking turmeric pills, red turmeric oil, chlorophyll and black seed oil.

I put my peels to dry then blend, sift and store. I use it in a lot of dishes
Invest in a automatic juice machine, cut fruit in half, you get a glass of juice and the peel is ready for the pot, all left over are ready as well..goes fast and easy.

It’s difficult to find organic fruits. We bought a Satsuma Tangerine plant in Florida that’s growing in a large pot here in WNC.
Also the OWARI Satsuma Mandarin Orange can take temps as low as 15 degrees. They harvest in Nov before cold weather.

I had cancer in 2022. Rare cancer with 38% survival rate. Full hysterectomy. Dec 21, 2023 surgery for small bowel obstruction. Pathology report show Adenocarcinoma, Severe Crohn's Diease and Fistula. @aprilgayles8389 boil the peel of three lemons and three grapefruits. Clean the lemons and grapefruits with baking soda. Peel off the skin for two hours. Make sure the top doesn't let the steam out. After two hours, turn off the stove. Let it cool. Add honey because the tea is very bitter. Drink a tablespoon every two hours. Or a cup.
