The glamorous Anna has no guilt. When asked about her “house of cards” finances in an interview she said that she perceives many businesses as “houses of cards”. This is key to her psychology. The heart of a real business are the accounts: financial and management accounts. And these have to be solid for the business to be real. An idea which Anna rejects.

It’s difficult to believe Anna was taken as seriously about her ADF business as these videos suggest. ADF was a real estate and retail concept at its heart, but nothing suggests she had any interest or understanding of its cash flows from an investment perspective, which would have been crystal clear to potential investors. These reports make it sound almost like it was a given that serious investors were involved, but once their legal teams figured out she had no real money of her own, the deal was always going to fall apart. I dislike how these shows make it sound like Anna successfully duped people based on her powers of persuasion and fashion sense. Maybe they were intrigued or curious, but no money would have ever changed hands once her lack of any real equity was exposed.

Rachel was victimized, but not to the extend, that it is made us to believe. First of all, her American Express did not let the big charge of $60K to go through for hotel in Morocco, (where she enjoyed the time of her life, as a guest) - she had reveled it in one interview, when very specific question was asked, otherwise it's never mentioned anywhere else. She did pay for the plane tickets $4K, lunch for everyone and some dress for Anna, which was a loan, - $ that never came back. But also, let's keep in mind, that Anna was a very generous and invited her over for expensive dinners and drinks almost everyday, since they were inseparable BFF. With all that turned out to be at the end, Rachel suffered emotionally, feeling betrayed by the BFF. It might have been bigger blow than it was financially.

She used that to she act and behave «rich», paid for expensive dinners and stuff, and then made up «some serious situation» where she needed to borrow money, which many of them did, and they didn’t really question her at that point because she acted and lived as if she did have a lot of money, and has also paid stuff for them. That financed the lifestyle further, and she scammed some more banks and people. She also stiffed expensive Hotels for the bill, for month long, week long stays etc…

Kind of a shame she is only known as a 'con artist' today. She should get credit for all the work she put into her business idea and all the people she was able to convince to help her. Had she gotten those final loans, she would be known as a major success today instead.

This chick, Anna should have her picture as a dart board target. I’ve seen other shows and other interviews. According to sixty minutes Australia - she is milking her 15 minutes of “ attention”….. well what goes up must come down. She wants to be famous 😏 well she will be forgotten into infamy. She is so smug, sarcastic and thinks her sh*t dont stink. Good looking chick, cunning smarts, could have been rightfully famous for better things. Oh well, her choices

Rachel isn’t the enemy. She’s definitely an opportunistic personality, though!
Anna was certainly a driven individual and knew exactly how to maneuver the way into, around, and inside relationships and situations so that it benefited her … still is and does, apparently! A podcast, interviews, a couple years in jail, and a measly house arrest situation for stealing almost $300k from banks, hotels, and spas!? Dang! And Girl is still working the system!
