Its not high oil pressue thats causing it to puke oil.. its high Crankcase pressure from boost leaking past the rings into the crankcase.
Catch cans help greatly but that money was spent on welds 😂

I'm curious, would a vented to atmosphere catch can setup would alleviate this issue with blow by? For example, run -AN fittings and lines off the valves cover (delete pcv valve as well perhaps) to the catch can and have a breather on it to vent the excess pressure while under boost. It may not work, but it's what the boosted Z's have to do.

This is a day late but I always come see your videos and watch the ends but not really take them in if you understand me. Hey man! Just want to say big fan! I love your honda and the Supra! I know you prolly won’t see this in all reality but just wanted to let you know these videos have helped me a lot man! I wrecked my turbo crx about 7 months ago and broke all my limbs my ribs my collar bone chest piece pinky toe etc lucky to be alive! And I can’t wait to get back into another car I just haven’t been able to work so I just wanted to say I look forward to your videos a lot! Sense I can’t go out and enjoy my own car anymore!

@@clayton_4897 yeah man keep your chin up. it wears on you but just keep looking forward to when you’ll be healed. i know how it can get you down. i broke my back in 98 in a semi vs semi when a guy feel asleep and crossed the median going to Houston one night. i’ve had 12 surgeries and had a spinal stimulator put in. So i feel your pain.
@@lonestarstate4x4liftedlife66 man I couldn’t imagine breaking my back that’s the one thing I lucked out on, instead I got broken femar on the right leg, I shattered my left ankle on both sides, my right arm bone came out of my skin where the elbow is, left hand I broke every bone in my hand and broke a knuckle, broke my pinky toe on left foot, broke 4 ribs on right side, fractured my chest, broke my collar bone, suffered a brain injury, had to have 4 blood transfusions, multiple pieces of metal and screws put into my body, it’s a miracle how I even survived I was on life support and all! But I hope you’re doing well and enjoying life!
@@clayton_4897 man you’re blessed to be alive for sure. i have chronic pain everyday but i’m alive to enjoy my 7 grandkids. yeah i’m for real in saying i hope you fully recover with minimal to no pain. You will probably be able to tell when it rains. Healed up broken bones tend to ache right before and during when it rains. You’re alive for a reason so live life to the fullest with good intentions. With the w58 3rd gear is glass. Usually the first to go with more power. Just don't slam it into 3rd or drop into 3rd and usually good for quite a bit of power and miles.
those cts-V’s are known for having issues in the super charger. bearings in the blower go bad and sounds like marbles being tossed around

I'll reach out to Drew as well on IG but the V2 V's have a known problem with the isolator. Not sure if that is his exact problem but Cadillac warranties the whole unit. Ran into that issue on mine except mine was out of warranty (10yr, 120k mile) so I had a shop install a solid isolator in the supercharger.

Texas v guy here.had lifter problems with my stock v one day 1 took a shit on the way to work thought it was rod knock for a minute.did a cam and some johnson tie bar lifters shit is mint.work was way easier than I though.

You should run a log on start up although in cold weather it does take a few cranks but that seems to be pretty excessive crank time for a start up.

Probably not much.. His engine bay however, probably a bit oily..

Should do a switch board for the Supra
If you blow up the 2JZ-GTE Do an OM606 swap Its a much stronger engine just costa quite a bit to fully build one unless you just do pistons rods and sleeves cause a crank is like 5k and if you get an edc pump car just get element kit and have a diesel shop install and calibrate them plus it will still sound like a 2JZ at high rpms
