Not me awake at 3am watching your videos to satisfy my cravings lol. I sure am making this as soon as I get to the African market this week for noflaii. Thanks for sharing 😋😋😋
Mmmm! I love this technique with the spinach and ground peanut because I cannot even find the white Wonjor in my city. I use sweet potato or cassava leaves! 😋😋 Woye kobo bu laka! I use the broiled mackerel, very fresh and tasty too!
This in Nigerian we call Egusi soup. It is cooked slightly different i mean the way of preparation. It looks yummy and inviting . I guess it will be great with wheat or pounded yam. Great cooking as usual. Thanks for sharing Gambian style .
This Plasas is calling for my name 😘 I love Plasas and I love how you prepare this one plus the kobo bulaka in it smashes everything well done 👏🏾 yum yum yum 😋
Thank you, sister. I am from The Gambia and traveled abroad for my studies. Unfortunately, I can’t cook at all, so I often rely on TH-cam to learn how to prepare some Gambian meals. I suggest you clearly differentiate between the required ingredients and the optional ones. While you’ve mentioned some optional ingredients, the required ones are not well explained.
Thank you for sharing. When I was in Gambia I thought men don't cook now I have to learn in Germany. How about kereng kereng leave, can you use it too for plasmas?
It would be great if you were to put the ingredients and the amount of ingredients needed in your description below. I appreciate all your cooking videos. Jai-rruh-jef

Egusi uses pumpkin seeds though right not peanut? Do some people make egusi with peanut butter if the don't have egusi seeds?
@@Amatullah78I'm not a Nigerian but I never heard that people replace melon seeds with peanut. Egusi is only makeable with melon seeds
