You can buy a different tripod to put on instead of the stock one that DeWalt made to address and fix the issue of the tripods failure. I believe it runs for around 80 to 90 on Amazon fairly expensive but cheaper then buying a new one
Correction. If you are in the UK or somewhete else other than the us some country have certain laws and rules that mean they show a different voltage. If your battery is the type to slide in like the us 20v does then yes it will work. If it's the one that's similar to a stick that pops in no. Just make sure it's a sliding battery like the 12v line

This light is only compatible with DeWalt 20V batteries and would not work with any of their older 18V batteries.

Very low when on max powers. Chews through a 5Ah batter in about an hour.
