That works!! And if you ever get a cardboard box from a package or something. Save a side of it :)!! It works great!! Wont be upset getting it all scratched cause it’s just cardboard :). And can replace it with a new piece when it wears out :)
@@katiecassidy94 thank you! Just one question. How many pieces of yarn did you use for the base of the tail that you braided? Hopefully that makes sense
You’re welcome!!! I’m happy to be able to help!!! 🤍 I had a fabric stuffed one before and didn’t care for how it moved. So tried yarn and they’re super real lookin!!! 🤍
I love how you used a method were you tie the yarn onto the braid for a much cleaner and easier look! I prefer that instead of the tutorials that show you how to sew the fur onto the braid that are painful and time consuming.
Thank you!! Ya I’ve tried sewing but it took so long!! It stays on a lot better too. Can be rougher while brushing without worrying about breaking the thread :). 🤍
Cuando cepilla el pelo o la lana se deshace Y ustedes satisfactorio pero lo que más me parece satisfactorio es lo que sale como la pelusa que se ve como algodón de azúcar😅😮😂
No I understand!!! I’m not sure honestly lol. Probably bout 5? Sometimes a few more. Not too many though cause you can’t pull the yarn tight. 🤍 hopefully that makes sense :)
does it get matted or malformed easily? i have a few yarn tails that i've made but the fur material is so fine and thin that it gets very malformed and tangled at the slightest touch but i hope that maybe it's just an issue with the particular brand i'm using. i used Premier yarn. great video btw :3
The not ironed ones do easier than the flat ironed ones. But it’s easy to brush back out. I don’t take them outside though so that might make it mat faster? The one I made in this video hasn’t gotten messed up at all!!! I’m really impressed by it!! And thank you!!! That means a lot 🤍
Unless I missed it, I’m not seeing where it says how far apart you’re attaching the little yarn pieces that will get brushed out to the tail core..? And what specifically are you attaching it to? I think you said that the first pieces got attached to the “hair tie” piece of yarn that’s holding the braid together, right? So where did you attach the rest and how far apart?
I did show it. It’s towards the beginning of the vid. I think. Idk the exact time tho sry 🤍. The yarn gets attached to the braid. Like the yarn strands in the braid. You take a few pieces of the braid and put the yarn you’re attaching around it. And put it as close as possible to eachother. So close that you won’t be able to see the braid anymore. Just don’t pile the yarn strands up on top of each others knots or the tail will feel hard and lumpy :). I hope that’s helpful and understandable!! 🤍🤍
lol I get you!! And I cut some out lol. But if you think this is a lot you should go watch my old ones… this is nothin!! :) it’s just how I talk for some reason 🤍
this is so coool!! also ur hair is so pretty :D
Thank you!! It turned out really well!! 🤍 and aww you’re so sweet thanks!! 🤍
I don't have a pet brush so I have to use a poky hair brush and I don't have anything to brush it on so I do it on my leg and It is so mean and spiky!

It’s super satisfying brushing it!! I like how smooth it gets after being so messy. It’s super enjoyable 🤍

When you thread the latchhook through the braid, about how many strings of black yarn do you go through? Sorry if that doesnt make sense 😅
